I wanted to love this place for a couple of reasons. The Yelp reviews are overwhelmingly positive and it's convenient to where I work. When I walked in, I loved the feel of the place and was excited thinking maybe I found a "place" in Texas I can go to regularly, having just moved to the area during the pandemic. It was only my second time to get my nails done, since businesses started reopening. However, I had a horrible experience while there and even worse since leaving. The lady who did my nails was on her phone throughout my entire manicure. She would stop working on my nails and text or talk on the phone, then start again, then get back on her phone. I went during my lunch break, so this truly frustrated me, as it took much longer than it should have. I have pretty thick nails, but she filed them down so thin to apply dip that my nails literally bend. Like paper thin. How do I know? Well, the dip on both pointer fingers has chipped off and both thumbs have cracks in several places. I've never had dip crack before. The application is lumpy and looks jagged around my cuticles. The positives? The shape is pretty and the length is good. But one week later, I'm headed to another salon to get the dip redone. I usually go three weeks between dip applications. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but I will not waste my time and money to give her another chance. I do hear the male technician, Tan, is pretty good. I saw him working diligently on another lady, so if you decide to go, maybe ask for him. read more

I went in giving them a heads up, I only had about 30-45 min to get done what I needed. They said they could do a mani & pedi at the same time in that time easily. Everything was going well until it came time to cut my cuticles on my fingers. The girl cut the side of my actual finger, not even close to my nail. It hurt like hell for a week. She didn't even apologize when she saw it bleeding and continued to hurt it by applying pressure, then letting then nail polish remover spill all over my finger. Then smiled when I showed I was in pain. Then when it came time to finish w nail polish on both my hands and toes, my finger nails looked shitty. A simple French tip came out rough, bumpy, and uneven. As for my toes, there was no polish. When I asked for gel instead of regular polish, the man just got up and moved to another client. For 10 minutes, no one else came to apply the polish. Since I was crunched for time, I had to leave and pay the worst $60 I have ever spent. read more

I went to this business on a Friday and had custom manicure on my nails. Also had a pedicure. My technician, Nakita, was very nice and did a good job on both. My only complaint is that by Monday, the nail polish was cracking and peeling off. Had to redo my own nails on Monday because I had more nails that were peeling than those that still looked complete. I am from out of town and I came to get my nails done here. They were so incredibly rude, my nails look terrible and they are extremely overpriced. I would suggest going to wal mart and painting your nails yourself, they would probably come out better. read more

My sister and I and my niece wanted a special day after having a big event cancelled (thanks Covid), so off to get our nails done. I'm not from around here so we relied on reviews to help us choose. This can't be the best Longview has to offer. My niece got a gel polish and it was fine. My sister and I got the powder dip. I've been getting them for several years, so I thought I knew what to expect. First the guy quoted one price and charged me a different price (more). The guy said he could take us right then, what we didn't realize is he was going to do all of our nails. So we had to wait one after the other. But then he kept getting distracted and doing other things, at one point leaving the salon completely to do something in a car. As if that wasn't enough the quality was quite bad. He didn't trim cuticles, clean the dip from the fingers, no lotion, and on several nails the polish doesn't even cover the entire nail. Very disappointing. read more
