I had some time to kill so I came in as a walk-in for a mani/pedi and I was accommodated immediately. The gentleman at the counter greeted me and was very friendly. My nail tech was Ana and she was amazing! Ask for her when you go, because it's very obvious she cares about her quality of work. She gave me the most thorough pedicure I've ever had. My feet feel soft and amazing, and my polish was applied perfectly. I've found pedicures to sometimes be painful for me, but this one was painless. One thing I really appreciate is that the tools are all in sterile pouches and have been autoclaved. The pedi sink has disposable lining and is changed for each client. There are also a lot of color options. Ana did an amazing job on my gel manicure. She really takes her time and has amazing attention to detail. She's also very friendly, which I like because I have been places that made me feel they didn't even want me there, haha. My gel polish is perfectly even and she shaped my nails perfectly. I love this place and the price is unbeatable for the quality. I have paid MUCH more for nails that didn't come out as good as they did with Ana. I can't wait to come back in 2 weeks! read more

Today at Natural Nails was the most appalling time!!. Been coming here for years, seen different owners transition and manage to stay always finding someone to do my nails. However, lately noticed I had to wait to receive services and so I started making appointments; however despite of having a confirmed time they still did not honored it and double booked. Today was no different, made the appointment with a day in advance to find both techs for mani and pedi booked with other clients and would have to wait 30-45 minutes. I voiced my dissatisfaction and requested for my time to be honored and in turn the owner insulted me and told me to never come back and to make matters worse he allowed a client that was doing her nails in my place to blurred out the most despicable insults and racial slurs without ever stopping her abusive remarks and actions. Evidently I will not be coming back as my business is not welcome despite being a loyal customer for years; but everyone needs to know: 1- Your time will not be honored or respected even if you make appointments, and 2- how you'll be treated if you voice openly your concerns. read more

My mother gets her nails done with them so I decided to join her. They are super nice and it's close to my house. They are very quick, However, they need more employees. At the time I went it was just him and his wife. I came to do coffin acrylics and he convinced me to do acrylic and gel polish (I should've known it'll cost more, I see now why he was eager for me to do gel). He charged me $38. It was extra for the gel polish and the coffin shape. The nails were too long for my liking so, I went back the next day to cut them more and he charged me $2. He added a clear coat without charge. He gave me their card and after 10 visits I believe you get a free service or mani (I'm not sure). I would go back but for a reg mani, Acrylic nails are not for me. This place was terrible. I asked for a dip removal, I had extensions on and he cut my nails that I've had extensions on to preserve and grow out. They ripped off my dip from a job at a previous place, and proceeded to do so after I kept telling him it hurt, he would dig under the extension and with a nail tip would lift it up and rip off the full extension and dip, don't go here, I ended up asking for just a manicure. read more

I went in for a regular manicure and pedicure. Tech was very unprofessional and careless during service resulting in multiple cuts, trimmed nails far too close to fingertips, and harshly removing acrylic nails with improper tools causing a lot of discomfort and fracturing my natural nails. The grand issue was the pedicure where the tech cut pieces of nail and skin with unsanitary tools causing bleeding and irritation. When tech removed nail polish from their previous service it revealed a fungus on one of my toes. I did not complete the pedicure service as my toe nails were being completely torn up and their lack of cleanliness was disturbing. The Owner Kevin was just a disgraceful about the situation and had a complete lack of customer courtesy yelling back and forth in front of other customers. I payed $30 for the regular manicure and left very disappointed. I felt like I was wrongfully charged for a service that does not merit any compensation especially with the unwarranted treatment from Kevin and his tech. read more

I don't normally like to write bad reviews but to do so when they're warranted. Last Sunday, my daughter and I wanted to go have a manicures/pedicures and I found this salon in yelp. Considering that reviews and that they gave us same-day appointments on a long holiday weekend I said let's give it a try. What a mistake! We were given appointments for noon but then we're called and asked if we could make it at two since 2 employees had called in. I said no problem. We arrived on time and waited about 10 minutes before we were asked to sit at the pedicure station. The nail tech who took care of my services (Ana) was quite rough. She cut me 3 times on my left hand. I was at the point of walking out but I needed my nails done for a 15s that evening. The lady who took care of my 14 year old daughter (the only Hispanic employee there that afternoon) butchered her! Please see the pictures. I complained and the owner only offered excusa to how her employee does a great job cleaning up cuticles and how sometimes they do cut by accident. I understand an accidental cut can happen - like what my tech did to my left hand 3 times but what they did to my daughter was horrifying. That lady should not be licensed. Please think twice before going to this establishment. Oh and a week later, my gel polish is chipped. read more

I have been coming to this salon for a little over a year now, and at first I had no issues. The owner and Susan are awesome people, and always do a fantastic job. Due to my complicated work schedule it is hard for me to make appts ahead of time so I usually call a couple hours before asking if I can go, so I get this same male nail tech and he is the worst!! He is so rude and super unhelpful, every time I try to tell him something he yells and tells me he is not done yet, I accidentally messed up my pinky toe one time and he through a huge fit! I once came back to fix a nail that had broke three days later and when I asked if he could help me see which shade of red it was he said that is not part of his job. I think that was the breaking point for me, I feel extremely uncomfortable and do not desire to go back even though I love Susan and it is right next to my house! But I think he should be addressed and they should know that they are losing a customer due to his bad attitude! It upsets me but it is time for a change. read more

I was recommended this nail salon by some co-workers and I absolutely loved it! I got dip powder done for $35 and they came out beautiful. They also have a wide range of powders to choose from. I think the nail technician's name was Kevin and he did a wonderful job in listening to what I wanted. He paid attention to detail and he even put cuticle oil at the end of the manicure (every other salon I've been to has never done that so I really appreciated that). I have been going to this salon since I was in middle school (2000) . My bestfriend and I would go all the time after school to do the curve nails and put all types of funky designs. In the beginning, the staff was not as talkative but as the years went by they are more social to the clients and are very nice. I went and got my nails done loved how they turned out but the guy did cut my cuticles 3 times Andretti the majority of the nails uneven and lopsided. I also asked for gel-x which they told me they would be able to do but instead I got acrylics when I asked if he was doing the acrylics or gel he just said long nail which I didn't really understand. Went in today with my mother for a regular mani pedicure for the both of us. Very welcoming in the beginning and we were rapidly sat in the pedicure chairs. The guy that I had you could tell that he was either new or just didn't care for his job, he barely filed my nails, left my toe nails uneven, was about to finish my pedicure and it wasn't until I think the owner told him he needed to do more stuff that he went to do it like lotion, massaging, warm towels. The second he was done with the pedicure he got up and left. I sat there waiting for him to come and noticed that my toe nails were all uneven and had not been painted properly so I approached the nail technician that was with my mom and ask him if could be fixed. He attempted to call the initial nail technician like 5 times, I know he was playing it off, but I could see that the guy locked himself in the room. So fortunately when the nail technician was done with my mom he fixed my toenails. I knew the wait was going to be too long as a girl that was done with her pedicure before I even started was still waiting for her nails so I opted against doing my manicure. The reason why my nail technician never came back from what I was told was because his shift was over, which I don't believe cause why would several staff members go look for him so many times? I'm giving this place 2 stars for my moms nail technician, cause the nails didn't come out bad at all. I just believe it's unacceptable to keep allowing walkins to come in and not have enough staff for them. I'm really confused as to why my nail technician left so abruptly, I never complained or said anything to him, but I'm guessing it's some workplace issue but it was not handled correctly at all. read more
