There are things you should do to have the public comfortable in the setting you want us to pay for. If this salon closes tomorrow it would not be missed. The owner is reviewed as a good stylists but watch your wallet. It cost me $85.00 for 2 perms & I was sent out with damp hair. I'm still wondering where the style went, she tried to fluff my hair.
