I'd give NEGATIVE ratings if possible my boyfriend treated me & his younger sister to getting our nails done on 12/30/20 1) I had 2 different people do my nails (female and male) 2) As they "polished" or filed my nails by the drill they kept hitting into the tip leaving a chip, crack, etc 3) Mine were supposed to be coffin but short, I had to get the guy to go back and file mine for a SECOND time after he got done it was more an awkward almond shape so I had to go get a file and file them straight 4) His sisters nails were a trapezoid shape not square like asked and in the picture 5) I start noticing my right pinky finger hurting I thought maybe I jabbed it well today 12/01/21 I wake up with hand pain it's red, swollen, and within a few hours of waking up I'm having pus come out of my nail and bubbling under the skin 6)The man I had rushed through my nails like it was past time for him to leave and it was only 5Pm or so when we arrived read more

The tips aren't glued all the way on my nails, oddly shaped, THICK GEL, color wasn't painted all over nail, rude as f**k, rushed through the entire thing while doing two other people's nails. I go every two or three weeks for a re-do on my powder type manicure. I go every four or five weeks for a pedicure. The only complaint I ever have is that they are so busy that you might wait a little bit if you are a walk-in. From Tina to all the ladies that work hard on my nails, to the husband who tells wonderful stories, I can't imagine going anywhere else. Love this place. read more

We went here as a mother /daughter/grandmother outing on Sunday. It was supposed to be a relaxing, fun day. This was a disaster. We arrived around 2:45, my daughters are 10 & 11 and wanted their nails done, tips, it took them forever to seat us, they worked on them first. 2 others came in after us and one person they asked what they needed so I know that person didn't have an "appointment " another needed a nail repair, they finally seated my mom and I and we wanted French manicures, I couldn't even get that out without him being rude and throwing a hand up at me, saying something to someone else and going back to working on my daughters hand, who's cuticle he cut, made bleed , poured alcohol on it and she held back tears. She is 10. My 11yr olds nails which are gel as he refused to do acrylic already came off. Both hands the pinky and ring finger of each hand. I got up and walked out yesterday without having mine done as I didn't have the time to deal with them or tolerate the rudeness. My mom also chose not to have hers done . Nothing like ruining a experience for my girls and a day with my mom. I refuse to go back. They do not employ enough people and do a rush job. If I could attach a picture I would! Just awful! I went to Natural Nails for the first and last time two weeks ago. My friend and I both wanted powder manicures. They put two layers of powder on and then gel over top which is not the correct way to do powder. Also, the workers were hopping around from person to person so I had four different employees working on my hands at various times. Then, within twelve hours of going, my and my friend's nails were chipping and broken. I will never return to this salon and do not recommend the experience to anyone in the Salem area. read more

Originally I made a review on Facebook that was 5 stars because the service was fast when I originally sat down, and my nails did look good. However I had a rhinestone that popped off while in the shop no big deal, the nail tech put it back it fell back off, also I got stiletto nails and my thumb nail was curved like the wicked witch of the west, I said forget it . Well I made it through the weekend, and in the next week my nails were popping off like press ons.. I have never had this happen and when I went to edit my review on Facebook they blocked me soon after . I didn't say anything mean just the truth ... I do not want to pay 40$ or more for nails that don't last a week ridiculous. After that block on Facebook, I now see what a few other customers mean .. that is poor service and no way to do business. I do not recommend this place.. read more

Went there today and asked for a simple French manicure and a pedicure. The young lady wae so busy laughing with her co-workers she couldn't focus on my feet. She didn't do anything worth 25.00 and didnt properly know how to do a French manicure. So the manager says why you the only one to complain? Because my feet look a hot mess and you still want to be paid right?? If I had to pay her based off the work she did at best she deserved 10.00. I am very disappointed. I called ahead of time and made an appointment for me and my two friends and asked the price the lady said it would be 27. I went there today and I walk in, there was only one person and she was being awfully rude telling me come sit down now so I go over to her and I wanted my friends opinion on the color I chose and she said no talk to your friend later. So I just stuck it out and sat in the chair she was being very rough and abrasive with my nails. Also she didn't cut my friends nails all the same length, so some are short and long. When my friends and I were trying to leave we had to pay so I try to swipe my card and she proceeds to tell me that my card isn't working when I know it works so that caused me to get very frustrated with her so I gave her cash but I was short some So my friend helped me and she stole some money in the process because she said we gave her short amount. Never go here they don't care about how you leave their shop. They don't do a good job. They will NEVER Get my service again! read more

Went in for a sns manicure, picked out my color... color #10 and explained that I have to have a natural color. She told me that she had a color that would look completely natural and I agreed. I started getting concerned when I saw the color she picked out #15 and realized it was bright pink so I asked her to tome it down. She put exactly 1 coat of the original color I asked for which she had more than enough of over top of the color I never wanted. Now I'm leaving with $35 worth of color that I will have to have taken off somewhere else that will give me what I ask for. Not to mention that they put a gel coat over the powder. I'm no nail tech but I've never had anyone do that before. She stopped me as I was walking out the door when she realized that I wasn't leaving a tip to ask what was wrong...Seriously? She explained that she would have to do the entire process over again after clearing out the line waiting for service to correctly crazy thick bright pink nails. This is hands down the WORST nail salon in the city! They are rude and rough on your nails and do a half ass job while doing them! I went in Monday to have sns put on my nails....I had the owner, Michael and his wife help me.....2 days later I had 4 of my nails chip.....in 2 DAYS?!? Anyone that gets SNS knows they should last on your nails for at least 2 or 3 weeks....so Wednesday I go in to get them redone and once again I had Michael..... 1. He only did 2 coats of the powder when they are supposed to do 3 and when I asked him to do a 3rd coat he cut me off and said he wasn't done....then continued filing away my nails and put a GEL POLISH ON TOP!!!!! Just completely ignoring the fact that I had simply asked him to do 1 more coat so that you couldn't see my natural nails underneath the sns powder......2. my nails were grainy looking from where he didn't put a good top coat on them and my nails were noticeably uneven....and on top of all of that he charged me to have my nails fixed even after telling him I had only had them on for 2 days.....AND THE LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY THE NAILS HE FIXED CHIPPED AGAIN!!!!!!! Michael is just the worst, most unprofessional owner of a business I have ever come across and from the second I sat down in his chair he made me feel like a waste of his time.....there was another lady that came in a short while after me with her girlfriend to get their toes done, the lady was sitting in the chair patiently waiting and Michael walked up to her and grabbed the polish out of her hands and walked away to put the polish and the other ones that were in the basket back on the shelf...and then when the lady asked him where he had put her polish he got mean and defensive saying he never took her polish and just continued to ignore her and rolling his eyes at her....I mean the disrespect he has for his costumers is mind blowing to me...ladies please do not give this business your money, they clearly do not care about the service you are paying them to do as they just rush to get you in and out as fast as possible, and then your nails look half ass done.....there are plenty of salons in this area that actually care about their costumers and how your nails look and how you feel after leaving their store, and that's who I will give my money to......moral of the story, the most rude and disrespectful group of people I have ever came across in my entire life and I will NEVER have my money spent while feeling so unappreciative and uncomfortable as they have made me feel...giving this place 1 star is giving them too much credit.... read more

This salon looks pretty on the outside, but the service on the inside is sub-par. I came in with my mother to have a full set of acrylic nails done and an acrylic overlay. When we first arrived no one really acknowledged us. Then when we decided to pick out a nail polish, there was not a large selection of regular nail polish. Although gel nail polish is all the rave now and this salon had a lot of those to choose from, not everyone is into that kind of nail polish. Then once the staff started to do our nails, that's when the lack of professionalism and neatness went out the window. Both my mom and I had the edges of our nails ran over by the drills by the nail technicians rushing, even when there were other nail techs to service other customers. Our nails were not filed nor was oil placed on our cuticles before being asked to wash our hands. It seemed liked this place treated their customers like cattle being herded from one nail tech to another with little to no consideration of the customer's overall experience. Everyone in the shop apparently cannot do the basics, especially since the woman who polished my nails couldn't polish them correctly. I would not recommend this salon to anyone since I have definitely had better. read more
