Admitted I haven't been back in a year because they damaged my nail beds so badly, the ridges haven't fully improved. In the 6 or so times that I went in for services, gel polish on fingers and toes, I had 3 different incidents. 1st, during a pedicure, one of my feet broke out in hives from the upcharge foot soak. They got me some ice, I took Benadryl at home, thought it was just a me thing. But then the next two times I went, they left the acetone packets on my fingers to "soak off" the gel that I finally had to ask them to remove them. I'm talking 45-60 minutes, two different times. I'm a working and licensed cosmetologist. I know that what they were doing was not ok but I was letting it slide because I also understand being busy. I'm writing this now because I just saw an ad for a beautiful nail color that I cannot use because two different fingers/nail beds were so damaged from the over exposure to acetone, that I now have extreme vertical ridging. I got my nails done at another place, the day before, and hated how my nails came out. The dip powder application was thick - the polish was not what I wanted; my nails looked lawful. I had a great experience at Natural Nails Salon. The salon has an uncluttered and clean atmosphere and wasn't very crowded when I walked in around opening time on a Sunday. My nail technician, June, was friendly, attentive, and very skilled. I showed her a picture of "glazed doughnut" nails which she called chrome nails. They paint the gel color first and at the end they buff a chrome powder on top, then seal it with a topcoat. With this style of nail you can see imperfections very easily. She took her time to ensure my nails were exactly how I wanted them, offering helpful suggestions on colors that would work for what I wanted and making sure I was comfortable with the options throughout the process. She is a perfectionist and has great attention to detail. After painting each nail she would look at it from different angles to ensure they were flawless - my nails look absolutely beautiful! I'm so happy and impressed that they look so much like the picture I showed her. If you're looking for a place to get your nails done, I highly recommend Natural Nails Salon. read more

My sisters and I stumbled upon this nail salon while waiting for our car to be worked on at Les Schwab across the street. We walked in with no appointment on a Saturday around 11:30 am. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted and shown to the center of the salon where there were seats for us to sit and choose our nail polish colors. We took our time picking the polishes we wanted and didn't feel rushed. Once we chose the colors, we each went to a station. As as soon as a nail tech was finished with their previous client, they started on our manicures. I went last, waiting about 20 minutes for mine to start. My nail tech was gentle and very detail oriented. The salon is clean and spacious, with relaxing piano music playing on the TV. A regular manicure is $25 and a gel manicure is $40. They charge a 3% credit card processing fee. We avoided this by paying cash. Overall, I enjoyed my experience! read more

My skin isn't all hacked up and peeling like other places when they completely cut off any extra skin or cuticle. Love it! She really took her time. The shape was perfect. Came here for the first time only because i was unable to get into my regular salon. Super nice people. Salon is modern, clean & updated. I can say the quality of my powedered nails is just ok. Not a lot of time spent on detail. I also had a deluxe spa pedicure with (cbd) products. I feel that for a $50 pedicure it was just ok. Rocks were not that warm. No parafin used. Message was short and she was a little rough. Color on my nails has peeled off and its barely over a week. As far as my powdered manicure again i forgot to mention they used a HOT towel to wipe my hands it was hotter than i would like. No message no lotion or oil around cuticles. After spending $100.00 not including tip i will not be back unless i really have to. One more note they were taking tons of walk ins and had them waiting.
