I'd recommend coming early when the salon opens or visiting on a weekday morning to avoid long waits. Even with an appointment around noon on a Saturday, my wait time was about 45 minutes. Weekends can get quite busy! Ben's technique is exceptional. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process -- from the hair wash to the blow-dry finish. There are two other stylists (both male) who also do excellent work with both women's and men's hair.
