I was there on a quiet weekday afternoon, and enjoyed a glass of tasty seltzer while my friend tried one of their IPAs. They have both their own brews as well as several guest taps. The place is clean and bright, and they have a nice-sized beer garden out back as well. What really set them apart was the service, though. From the beertender to the friendy folks at the bar, I left feeling like I'd made a few new friends in North Carolina!

I started with the crab rangoons, which were perfectly creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside -- absolutely delicious. Then I tried the pork-filled bao buns, which was my first time ever having them, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed them too. Everyone else at our table seemed to really enjoy their food as well. I genuinely didn't hear a single complaint. We also ordered some drinks that were delicious, and both our server and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic and very welcoming throughout the night. The atmosphere and vibes inside are honestly one of the coolest parts of the experience. It somehow feels like a mix between a brewery, a florist, a bookstore, and a Chinese restaurant all at once. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive throughout the evening. For anyone who hasn't been before, the entrance can be a little confusing. The restaurant is accessed through the Hyatt Hotel and is located on the seventh floor. Unfortunately the dagwood recently stopped featuring avocado and now is replaced by pesto so I will be looking for a new favorite soon. The sandwiches are great, prices are fair, and food always comes out quick. Both inside and outside seating is always nice and clean and the servers are friendly. I wish their bread was softer sometimes but I love the options they have. There's definitely something for everybody!
