I understand that florals aren't as easy accessible at this time, I'm not very picky, I didn't need them to look exactly like the picture BUT I would have hoped that they would've looked the price they are worth. Not only were the flowers completely different but what I chose had much more flowers than what my aunt received. I paid the extra $10 to be delivered earlier in the day and I do appreciate that I purchased same day at 11am and they were delivered by 2:30pm. I would have given 5 stars if they looked the same level of beauty even if they weren't the same. What I purchased doesn't have the small white flower fillers and I loved that so I was disappointed in what she received. With delivery it came out to $104.30 I just don't believe it was worth that price. Those flowers are cute where I would be fine if it's something I got at Albertsons and delivered myself. The ones I got my mom for $22 were so much more full and unique. It was my first time ordering flowers from El Paso and I had really high hopes here. ------------------------------------------------ I want to update my review. When I posted this the manager wrote me with in minuets and I called her when I got the chance and she handled everything great. I absolutely appreciate I was not only contacted immediately but she fixed what I was very unhappy with. They not only sent out a new bouquet of flowers to my aunt right away but added something else to the order. I am glad this company cares to reach out and make their customers happy. Which I am. The wonderful customer service experience begins the moment the phone is answered. Sonia is always so friendly and helpful. I know nothing about flowers! When I call, it is so refreshing to be able to describe the occasion and Floral Expressions puts together the perfect bouquet. They even go the extra mile and help me figure out what the card will say. I have always had nothing but positive experiences. On one occasion I sent my aunt roses. My aunt sent me a picture and they were gorgeous. My aunt told me that they looked beautiful, even a week later. I trust Floral Expressions so much, that I wouldn't order from anywhere else.

I used 2 order from Coronado Florist back in the day which is no longer in business, but how I discovered Karina's as they were now their #. I placed a fairly large order w/ them via their web~site 4 the family of my deceased childhood-high school sweetheart. I ordered 2 different arrangements, 1 was a handled picnic basket filled w/ an abundance of lavendar & white blooms such as roses, snapdragons, cremones, carnations, daisy poms & hypericum, accented with variegated pittosporum & paired w/ a celebr8ing Life Sympathy book. The other was an adorable 'medical mutt' arrangement part of our their signature a-DOG-able® litter, made of fresh white carnations, vibrant poms, solidago and waxflower made 2 look like a Doggie Howser surgeon (which was 2 perfect as the deceased was a vet in their former yrs, then l8r became a Dr of internal medicine). I also went w/ the hand-delivered comfort basket of Deluxe Fruit & Gourmet 4 Sympathy which included a vast array/ample assortment of orchard-fresh fruit and gourmet foods: apples, oranges, grapefruit, pears, sausage, cheese, crackers, cookies & also arrived w/ a small hand-designed floral bouquet & I completed my order w/ a Large Butterfly Shaped Sparkles Mylar balloon. Shortly after placing my order I was contacted by the manager of the store who relayed they didn't have the sympathy book or the butterfly mylar but that he was going 2 keep me posted going around the valley 2 c if they could get it. They did manage2 find the butterfly mylar someplace but had no luck finding the sympathy book. He apologized & gave me several options: the book could b ordered & they would deliver it 4 free when it came in l8r, or he would put extras in the arrangements & gourmet basket. I went w/ the latter option as a book after the fact/other deliveries would strike me as feeling like an afterthought. I also told him that even though I didn't have the recipients current phone # that some1 should b home @ the time of delivery & 2 pls make sure it was given 2 the hands of any1 in the residence & not left outside 4 some1 2 steal &/or wilt. He assured me that he would & said they'd keep coming back if necessary till it was given directly. My recipients were so touched that even though we didn't have each other's #, they tracked down my mother 2 send a Thank U card 2 me including their # 2 call them & when I did, they went on & on about how Gorgeous & Tasty everything was & how much it meant 2 them. I've also sent arrangements 2 my mom 4 Mother's Day, her B~day etc & she always gushes, sending me pics of them bragging how Beautiful they r & how long they last & I personally Luv that they always look like what was presented/purchased!! Hope u guys get all the business that these other sorry excuses 4 florists lose. I like what they stand for…read more During this difficult time, they've printed thousands of El Paso Strong t-shirts for the community and others not living in El Paso. They've donated proceeds to the El Paso shooting victims from the 8/3/19 tragedy. So far they've raised over $100 thousand for the victims. That's incredible! Although I haven't been to the shop, I ordered an El Paso Strong t-shirt and sticker off their website. They're swamped with orders right now. I was completely fine with waiting for the order. I'm interested in buying another shirt that says Amor por El Paso (Love for El Paso). I may also buy one or two more for family. I feel like their products would be great gifts, plus...it's for a good cause. I also like their El Paso Strong caps and stickers. I'll continue to support Proper Printshop. If you want an El Paso Strong t-shirt, you may have to wait days or weeks for one if you order online from them. Since it's for a great cause, I feel like it's worth the wait. There are others around town who are making shirts and products but aren't donating proceeds to the cause. I don't like that. If you want your money to go towards something meaningful, order from Proper, Chuco Relic and/or Viva La Mocha. They all donate to the cause. I heard there was long lines at their shop over the last few weeks. It might decrease as the days go by. Thank you for doing this, Proper. Thank you for helping the El Paso community. The Proper Printshop is one of a few local shops who have committed to donating the proceeds of the tees to the victims families. I really appreciate this since it leaves a sour taste in my mouth for any business to profit off someone else's tragedy. As unfortunate as the circumstances are that made me discover this awesome shop, I'm grateful to have found this place and it will now be my go to place for all things printing.
