We've been coming here for over two years, and every single visit gets our tails wagging the second we hear, "Want to go see Marilyn?" We don't just walk into the car--we race to it, because we know what's waiting for us: belly rubs, gentle hands, and the kind of spa treatment every pup dreams about. We go in looking like scruffy mountain dogs and strut out like polished show pups ready for the runway. Marilyn somehow makes bath time fun, gets our paws and nails looking perfect, and makes us smell so good that our humans won't stop hugging us afterward (hello, bonus treats ). After two years, we're still just as excited as our very first visit. If we could give more than five stars, we would--but we only learned to count to five.

The veterinarians are very thorough in their exams, clear in their explanations, patient with patients' questions, and overall seem truly to care about the animals they see. There is no drama, no talking you into unnecessary treatments. Their prices are average for the area, and they really try to work a treatment plan to accommodate limited finances. They used to offer payment plans, but the majority of people on them took advantage of it, so that had to end. They understand most people are having a difficult time because of the economy, but they have expenses, too. I know my animals will get great care here, and I am grateful to have found them after some absolutely terrible experiences elsewhere (see my other reviews).

After I asked the legality of this new policy, my animals were dropped as patients. Now I know most of you are thinking, why not just get the prescription through them... She is very thorough and conscientious, and does her best to make prudent plans for difficult cases, thinking of the best health outcomes rather than how to milk the most money from distressed people. She does a lot of her labs in house which saves money and also ensures very quick results. I often joke that my pets have better healthcare than I do!
