I made an appointment to visit their kennel on Saturday, June 6. I drove 45 minutes to visit their facility, when I got there I was met and shown the facility. The person I met told me he didn't think they had any opening when I was looking to board my dog. He told me his wife does the scheduling and would be back around 3:00. I waited until around 4:45 and then called. The woman that answered the phone said there was no availability. I asked why she didn't call and she said she got busy and sent me an email. i Don't know about you but I only periodically check my email on the weekends. I am frustrated if there was no availability I should have been told on Wednesday when I called. If they filled the last available space after I called they should have called me to advise me before I drove 45 minutes, 90 minutes round trip. This would have saved me time and would have allowed me to look for boarding somewhere else.

They used to offer payment plans, but the majority of people on them took advantage of it, so that had to end. They understand most people are having a difficult time because of the economy, but they have expenses, too.
