I took my husband's gold chain in to be fixed as it had a big kink in it. I tried gently wiggling it to get it out, but no luck. The lady at the counter worked with it for awhile, cleaned it, and then consulted the jeweler on duty . Voila! The kink was gone. I asked how much it would be and she said "Nothing.". I needed a watch battery replaced. Someone had told me to go to another place at an indoor Flea market on route 19 that I really like. I was told a woman Repairs and sells watches there that are novelty type watches. I couldn't find the name of the place but I did see on Yelp Nature Coast jewelers and I had been there to have a link removed from a watch band and it was very inexpensive. I thought to myself why are you going to the indoor flea market when you had great service at Nature Coast? So I called them up and asked how much it was to put a battery in my watch and it was the same as it was very inexpensive. They have very nice jewelry and time pieces in the store. They put my watch battery in my Lord's Prayer watch in a jiffy! The guy that talked with me I think his name was Brian was very friendly as were the whole staff there. I felt a bit sorry for him because I tend to talk quite a bit and I have a loud voice. It's a good thing it was quiet when I was there except for my voice lol. This would be a great place to go if you were getting an engagement ring or wedding bands. I will be back and next time I may buy some jewelry. The prices are reasonable. He was so nice I noticed a pen that looked like a holiday pen And it turns out it was and he gave it to me. Now don't go in there asking for a pen Please because you might tarnish my name lol!!! I found this place easily and with plenty of parking. The employees were very professional and helpful. I had my diamond ring repair because the diamond came out of the band, so it needed to be re-attached. I had purchased the ring outside the US the prior year. This company did a beautiful job with this repair and informing me what material would be used to reattach it and how it would appear.
