Amazing customer service! Fast turn-around! Very professional!!! A & G was recommended to me as a quality, professional jeweler. I still did my homework to research to feel comfortable. They have proven to be beyond my expectations!!! Alex helped advise me with some issues with my rings. Then, on Tuesday, I took my rings into be repaired. After looking at my 25yr old engagement ring, he showed me how thin the band had become and the prongs weak/worn down. He compared the cost of a full repair vs a new setting with band. I went with the new setting. I also decided to change the setting to white gold. He told me he could Rhodium coat my 2 wedding bands to match. Later that afternoon, I realized I didn't have photos of the new setting to show my husband. I called and Bree offered to text me the photos immediately. Wednesday afternoon, Alex called me to say all the work was complete!!! Barely 24 hrs had passed!!! Wow! My rings look STUNNING! So pleased with the results. Thank you Alex & Bree!!! read more
