This particular shop is awesome for so many reasons but the number one reason is the owner Chris. Since the first time we met he was extremely friendly and genuine. He wasn't acting that way to butter you up as that's just his personality. He has gotten me out of quite a few jams when I needed money in a hurry and is always beyond fair. He will bend over backwards to help you out. They are in the business to make money so you have to understand that when getting your item/s back but several times he has given me a break on the back end. Nobody does this! That just shows me he's truly out to help people and not just money hungry. I highly recommend you paying this place a visit if you need to pawn or sell something. The staff is very knowledgeable about the jewelry merchandise they have there and quite helpful in the design of custom orders for my wife & I. I would highly recommend them to anyone , pricing, availability, & service were unique, and I appreciate them! I also had some repairs done there to gold chains, lobster clasp, and an extension of a gold necklace, a watch band and a pocket watch battery .
