He is an excellent surgeon and his practice is a professional, well oiled machine. The Physician's Assistants (David and Matt) are top notch (love these two!) I am now doing extremely well and so very happy I found this surgeon when I moved to Florida. I went by word of mouth to find him and he appeared to be the overwhelming favorite in the area. Some complain that they do not see the surgeon during visits - it seems that everyone in this office has a job to do and the PA's are quite excellent at explaining everything and anything you need to know. They are present during your entire journey, including in the OR during surgery. There are no complaints or regrets with Citrus Orthopaedic & Joint Institute. I couldn't be happier with my results. (I am 66.) Lastly, I highly recommend the physical therapists located within the same building. Lovely therapists, compassionate, kind and effective.

Well we are way past that "time" and my husband is no better, actually worse. His original ailment has not improved but instead worse. We don't know how this Dr is still in practice after googling him. His rate of complications are way above other surgeons. There has been many newspaper articles regarding this. Two patients died soon after surgery. He also stabbed someone citing self defense and untruthfully answered questions from the medical board. Use caution and research before using this Doctor. After legal advice, we will be filing a complaint with the Florida State Medical Board. Our review for him is ZERO stars.

Much more than a "good technician", I have never found him harried, dismissive or in a bad mood. I always choose appointments as early as practicable, to avoid any delays that occur in the regular course of medical management. My knee was replaced without a hitch (no pun intended). I am looking toward having the second knee done in about a year. I continue to recommended him, without hesitation, to anyone seeking an orthopedic surgeon.
