He was caring, kind, empathetic, attentive, and completely professional throughout my appointment. I am a highly data-driven and logical person. I have struggled with severe shoulder, scapular, upper-back, and neck pain for many years, yet no healthcare professional has been able to clearly identify or successfully treat the underlying problem. I have been offered neck surgery, injections, pain medication, infusions, physical therapy, and other chiropractic treatments, but nothing has provided meaningful or lasting relief. When I left Dr. Dever's office today, I felt a lightness in my spirit and a profound sense of relaxation moving through my shoulders and upper back. Most importantly, for the first time in years, I was not experiencing significant pain. On another occasion, I brought my son in after he was hit in the face with a basketball and busted his lip. I called ahead to ask about the wait time and explained the situation. Lorena told me that if he needed to be seen, I would need to come in and wait. I understand that wait times can change, but I simply asked whether there were a lot of people waiting at that time so I could make an informed decision about whether to come in immediately or consider my options. She told me that she would not provide that information and repeated that I would need to come in and wait if he needed to be seen. I want to emphasize that the medical care and service I received were great. My concern is specifically with the customer service and friendliness at the front desk. A little more patience, kindness, and willingness to communicate would make a big difference. I will absolutely return if I need to, because I was pleased with the care provided.
