As soon as you enter, there are cubicles to tuck away your items and lots of merchandise on display. Don't forget to bring your sticky socks! If not they always have some for purchase. You'll head to the back to get your equipment (weights, bangles, platform, balls, etc). For the Pure Empower class, we used weights, bangles, and a platform. Jaime was our instructor and kept it super fun with Pitbull as our morning anthem. I love that Jaime incorporates lots of stretching along with lots of tough moves! She assists you on your form and that is ALWAYS appreciated. At each Pure Barre location, I always buy 1 pair of sticky socks as a treat for my workout! Fun way to start your day!

I took my first class wIth Cheryl and received a warm welcome and a challenging class that continues to push me. I've actually become a regular in her class. I've also taken the Power Pilates class twice and I'm pleased to announce that though it was my first time I found it to be a great workout. I've taken the Restorative Yoga class after having a member recommend it. The instructor of that class was Kia( she also taught my second Pilates class) she welcomed me and answered my questions after the class. If you are looking for a new place for your workouts I would definitely recommend visiting. Stephanie, the manager, is wonderful and kind and will help in any way she can. Also the ladies that workout here are extremely nice and helpful. Many times someone will bring a mat or piece of equipment to me, just being nice.

Machines Break down & takes several weeks & or months to be repaired. The men's locker room is the original lockers built for GOLDS GYM when it opened they now about 10% some broken locks and some doors. There is an access door for plumbing that is wide open (DISGUSTING). It seems that since the new GYMS opened by One Fitness seems to get everything & this place can be their DUMP with poor management. I would Never bring a friend here to sign up. I would be embarrassed I AM BEING GENEROUS on MY RATING. Sorry to be Anonymous at this point
