I decided to try Pure Barre on a Saturday morning! Nothing like a workout to get your day started! The pure empower class is my absolute favorite. There's plenty of parking! As soon as you enter, there are cubicles to tuck away your items and lots of merchandise on display. Don't forget to bring your sticky socks! If not they always have some for purchase. You'll head to the back to get your equipment (weights, bangles, platform, balls, etc). For the Pure Empower class, we used weights, bangles, and a platform. Jaime was our instructor and kept it super fun with Pitbull as our morning anthem. I love that Jaime incorporates lots of stretching along with lots of tough moves! She assists you on your form and that is ALWAYS appreciated. At each Pure Barre location, I always buy 1 pair of sticky socks as a treat for my workout! Fun way to start your day! read more

I'm sore everyday which means I'm working muscles groups I probably don't use regularly. The teachers are nice and they help you with form. This place is great!!!!! I came here six months postpartum looking for something, anything to motivate me to whip myself back into shape. The first class I took was with Michelle and another instructor Kate was also taking the class that day. They both made me feel so welcome even though I was a few minutes late. All of the instructors are so nice and very knowledgable. Tiffany's classes will really challenge you! This place is great at making newbies feel welcome! The workout is a total body workout and very easy on the joints. I've been to 7 classes in 10 days and would go everyday if my husband would let me! The 55 minutes goes by so fast! In the past, I had some negative experiences with group exercise. I was hesitant to give Pure Barre a try, but I finally committed to a class when the Snellville studio posted Groupon deal. Let me say that was one of the most life-changing decisions that I have made in years! I have seen incredible changes in my body, not just in weight loss but also in gained strength and flexibility, as well as a reduction in neck/back pain. I no longer try to put off exercising. In fact, I look forward to coming to class, and I hate when I have to miss a few days.
