An hour or so after I book my class, I get a call from Kelcie who very rudely claims that I am not a member and I will be charged 40 dollars if I don't provide her with local mail on my arrival. Red flag #1 I called home to my local gym, and they assured me that all classes at all locations are included. I attended the class, and was charged a no show fee by kelcie to my card on file. After asking kelcie if this was ethical or legal, she had a full on meltdown and proceeded to tell me that it was "her gym, her rules." I think kelcie is confused at the fact that she just works there, and does not in fact own orange theory. Each location is individually owned, and allows for these kind of discriminatory, unscrupulous, and unethical practices to go unchecked. If you love orange theory, be sure to join a location that values your money and membership. Luckily for me, I am not local to this location.

I have hip and lower back issues that require me to stretch consistently and this seemed like the perfect place to get help. I did my first kick off session with Sean. I continued getting my sessions with Sean and Alex, both very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I signed up for the twice a week package and then continued with the maintenance plan. I've had a few occasions where I wasn't able to come in so my credits built up and on occasion the staff would reach out to me to schedule an appointment which I greatly appreciated. I most recently started working with Hunter at the 7:00am or 7:30am time slots and he does a great job as well. Due to me wanting to save money, I cancelled my membership and used up my remaining credits. I've had a great experience here and would recommend to anyone looking.

The facility is top notch, equipment ranging from cardio to weight training. There's a basketball court as well as a turf field.
