Had my 1st appointment last week and when I tell you I was pleasantly surprised. The business is located on Memorial Drive so I was apprehensive but Utley Chiropractic dispelled all of my thoughts. Utley Chiropractic is great. Once you you walk in the atmosphere is just amazing. The lobby has a great aroma and receptionist are very friendly. Last but not least the Utley brothers are great. They're very charismatic and they seem to genuinely care about your well being. I've been coming here for about 6 weeks since my accident. I've seen steady progress with my neck and back pain. I am so happy to find Dr. Utley my entire family goes there and loves him. The ladies upfront are friendly and personable; I've never been to an office that they ask how each person in my family is doing and remember them clearly. I see Dr. Justin Utley, he is super nice and makes you feel comfortable with the process. He respects and works with your time, I go before work and I have a very tight schedule, he gets me in and out. He explains the treatment plan very thoroughly and explains in a manner that is understandable. The office accepts insurance but if you choose not to use like I did or don't have they have different payment plans. My dad went before me and has had tremendous improvement with the pain in has back and leg. I have been having hip and back pain for the longest and so far 2 weeks with Dr. Utley and making improvement. read more
