BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! I booked a session here hoping for relief from work-related lower back pain (I'm a nurse and spend long hours on my feet). I scheduled both a foot and back massage with the expectation of therapeutic work. The "massage" felt more like someone rubbing lotion on my skin for an hour than actual therapeutic work. My 70-year-old nail technician gives better foot massages than what I received here. There was no real reflexology or massage technique. It was so bad I even stopped halfway and explained my dissatisfaction, still the lotion rubbing continued. When I expressed my dissatisfaction at checkout, the front desk staff simply shrugged, charged the full amount, with no attempt made to address my concerns or offer any resolution. If you're looking for legitimate therapeutic massage from licensed therapists, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. This place is not worth your time or money. read more

I want to start by saying the staff was kind and the space itself had a peaceful energy. I really appreciated the intention behind the experience. That said, I do want to share what happened during my visit, as I think it's important feedback for others with sensitivities or physical concerns. During the foot soak, the back support was positioned at an angle that didn't work well for my sciatica. I ended up having to put a lot of pressure on my lower back just to stay upright, which left me feeling sore. In the private massage room, the table was quite thin and the face cradle didn't fit my face well, which led to my jaw being pushed back uncomfortably throughout the session. The masseuse applied deep pressure to my upper left neck. It was a lot of force into the tendon itself. I flinched a couple of times and tried to signal that it felt too intense, but the pressure continued. When I got up, I noticed numbness in my shoulder that radiated down my arm and into my face. I felt very off after. Hot stones was pleasant but it hit a part of my arm repeatedly that got increasingly painful. I didn't immediately realize what had happened until later, when a bruise formed. I've attached a photo to document what the area looks like now. I did go to the ER after, at the suggestion of the Kaiser Permanente advice nurse due to the numbness, tingling, & symptoms in my neck, though I left before a full intake because the symptoms started to ease. However, I'm planning to go to urgent care tomorrow morning for a follow-up, just to make sure everything is okay. This isn't written in anger--just a note of caution for anyone with neck, jaw, or nerve sensitivities, or anyone managing chronic pain. I hope this helps bring more awareness to the importance of body positioning and pressure sensitivity during massage. read more

I mean how great is that!?! The owner greeted us and showed us all the options of services. I did a 30/30 foot and full body. I was extremely sore from my recent travels so I was in desperate need of some relief. The pressure at first was a little deep but once I mentioned to do less, the pressure was spot on. I had not had a hot stone massage in the past. I think the last full body massage I had was about 5 years ago. I primarily stick to Thai foot massage. This place does a wonderful job with foot massage. I had Nicholas for my 90 minute hot stone massage. I hate being pulled or twisted and luckily this massage is just relaxing. He did a fantastic job giving me an experience where at times I felt like I was bread dough being gently (but firmly) kneaded. These were small muscle movements and at times I swore it was a marble rolling pin being expertly applied. As to being too rough, never happened. I feel he could sense the exact force of pressure each area needed. At other times, I felt like there was some internal toxin he was working to remove. Short rolling pressure moving in one direction then another. It was so amazing. My husband had opted for the 90 minute foot massage. After we were done, I booked the same 90 minute hot stone massage for my husband to have the next day in the evening. He works hard and allows stress to build up. I honestly felt like a new person at the end of my treatment. Guys doing a massage are often overlooked, ask for Nicholas. Some tips I would offer the salon to enhance visitor experience. For the foot massage area, place partition's or screens between each chair to make it feel individual and not some type of group shared experience. The music should be louder to drown out street traffic and front desk conversations. In my room, mid-way through, my head would sometimes lock onto the ticking clock movement sound. Just needs a battery change. Each room should have a wicker basket for personal items and clothing. Mine had a bar with hooks on the back of the door to hang everything. I want to sense I've walked into some relaxation temple. Add some misting diffusers to give the entire place a rich spa smell. Nothing too strong smelling. Update the website to offer a brief description of each massage type and experience. Offer small cold water bottles at the end of each massage. I know some reviews mention a negative experiences with tipping. The wall does have price listings and in large text, a dollar range for each service as to what to tip. A nice, "please consider a 15% to 20% for your masseuse" would be sufficient. read more

I've finally found an Excellent Swedish Soft Tissue massage by Mia the owner! Most other places don't know how to do it. With muscle pains, cramps , spasms, lower back and Fibromyalgia causing major problems after first session felt much better! Will continue my weekly treatments on a regular basis and for a long term. She also offers an VIP package deal providing 10 massages for $630, which comes down from $75 to $62 each! Plus of course well deserved tip. The place is clean, with nice calming lighting, spacious enough and has massage table with face resting soft circular attachment. Which. is great for people like me who has facial pain. Everything looks brand new and clean the prices are very reasonable, and the people there are friendly and knowledgeable therapist. I want to thank the staff for helping me get healthier. I have a sciatic nerve problem on my right side of my body and I got a hip joint replacement on the same side. I have trouble walking since I've been getting therapy there I feel I'm able to walk more the hot stone treatments that they provide really helpful in making me feel better. I'm so happy I heard about this spa from a friend! My partner and I went in today for a Valentine's Day couples massage. We both walked out after our services and said to each other, "I think that was the best massage I've ever had." The space is simple but cozy and relaxing inside and the staff were all very kind as we checked in. The massage therapist asked if we had any pain or if there were areas on our bodies we wanted the treatment to focus on, as well as what pressure we preferred. I have pretty severe tension in my neck and shoulders and my partner has a back injury that causes chronic pain. Both massages were perfectly tailored to what we needed and wanted and we both feel a lot more relaxed and even like we have more mobility in some areas. I've had a lot of massages where it feels more like getting a rubdown and doesn't really feel like much is being accomplished beneath the surface... this was not like that! Highly recommend. I just went for a 30 minute foot and 45 minute full body massage today (7/13/25). The staff overall seemed nice, the prices are very reasonable, and my boyfriend had a wonderful five star experience with Gigi, but my experience with my masseur was less than stellar. Starting out, I was not asked to remove any clothing. I thought we were starting with the foot massage, so I figured that we'd get to that point at some point. We started with a scalp, where his nails scratched me a few times. When he got to my shoulders, I asked to take my shirt off and the masseur motioned no. He then proceeded to rub my shirt into my already irritated shoulders without lotion. When he was working my legs, because I was in pants, I didn't have full range of motion, so I really didn't get the benefits of stretching. I didn't even get to take my phone out of my pocket. By the time I flipped over, I asked again to take off my shirt, because it was irritating me, and he eventually let me take it off. When massaging my back, he'd find knots, but not fully work them out. When massaging my legs, he was more stretching out my pants than my muscles. I was kind of ready for the massage to end. My boyfriend got hot stone therapy, but I got no such treatment. So was he apparently because he stopped exactly at an hour and 14 minutes. At the counter, they mentioned a suggested gratuity of $30. I would have been fine paying that if the massage were actually relaxing, but overall it was stressful. But I ended up tipping $25 anyway and I kind of regret doing that. This place has potential and great prices, just be careful with which masseuse you work with. read more
