I have dark spots and noticeable pores. But, I feel as though my skin looks brighter and more smooth after the peel. It's been over a week since the peel. I am currently using skin care products that Stephanie recommended on my new skin. She recommended SkinCeuticals dark spot serum to even out my skin tone and Skin Medica HA5 for deep hydration. You can get these products from her as well. I believe you can get a free consultation so I would give them a call and see what you can do to improve you skin! That was the whole reason I booked, and so I went in with high hopes. Let me start by saying Kirsten is a very kind woman. For the facial itself, there seemed to be much more massage (hands, arms, neck) than treatment. Felt nice, but not what I booked. I had a few white heads, her esthetician-modality doesn't believe in traditional extractions, so these were left untouched. Multiple times, she left the treatment room to let people into the boutique, which took away from feeling relaxed. Lastly, when we wrapped up, I saw it was 30 minutes past the allotted time I booked (ended at 3:50 on my appointment booking, saw my watch around 4:18). I had a commitment at 4:30, so this left me in a pinch. Maybe it was an off day, maybe this is standard, but I will likely not be returning.

The prep work was thorough, extractions were painless and massages were soothing. The products used worked great on my face, based on my skin conditions and what she recommended for me. The facial itself was thorough, including gentle but effective extractions using the traditional finger method, and they also added a neck massage during the process, which was a nice bonus. They use a combination of Korean skincare products (I noticed Cellmax / Cellmax Fusion). Is it amazing? Not exactly. Not bad, but not excellent either. It's one of those places where you go when you just want to get a facial without needing anything fancy. Would I go back? I'm not sure -- mostly because I no longer live in the area. But when I did live nearby, it was a convenient, reliable option for a quick facial.
