This review is for acupuncture. Ask before going about what to expect in terms of cost. It was not clear to me and was not explained until I was too far in to turn back. I do believe the practitioner is knowledgable and talented, but I think the business aspect has perhaps taken over too much focus. I felt sort of hard sold and I felt like fees were high and not transparent. I also spent a lot of time waiting at multiple points of my appointment and minimal time was devoted to actual treatment. The doctor is extremely good at what she does. You will get results. Ask all the questions you need and she will definitely answer to your complete satisfaction. This is a very peaceful atmosphere for you to relax in. I went there for sciatica and after one visit my condition started to get better. two more visits and I think it will be completely gone. I tried deep tissue massage from different places and even chiropractic (which worked once years ago) but not this time. I came to them when I had numbness on my legs after spending thousands and thousands of dollars and going to different specialist until I finally decided to go with my first choice Acupuncture. I did my research and I finally decided to come here and I have to say I don't regret a dime spent it was all worth it and my health is just great. Just with the first two sessions I had seen such a relief and change. What I love about acupuncture is that you can take care of multiple things not just one specific issue. Chris and Baylee are absolutely amazing!! They do wonderful work and take their time into making your lashes look perfect! I highly recommend them! I experienced a painful Pelvic Floor Prolapse in Jan 2014. After visiting several doctors and finding no relief I decided to try acupuncture and massage. I went in on a Groupon/Living Social / some kind of special..and not quite sure how my tongue color got me to spend more $$$ but I really have not seen any results. I was really hoping this would work, but for me, it was a waste of time and money. The visits were relaxing. You lay down, they insert the needles that you barely feel, the music is soothing, and you wind up super relaxed. Not impressed. Not sure they really know how to practice customer service or market their services to manage expectations. The owner is really nice though. read more

I highly recommend Nature's Balance! After many unproductive doctor visits, physical therapy, and cortisone injections, I decided to try acupuncture to ease my major neck pain. Although acupuncture and the traditional Chinese approach to health is very different from Western medicine, I found the process exciting, especially after I started feeling the results. Janine and her entire staff are caring, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. After my initial evaluation, Janine explained a recommended treatment plan, reevaluated the plan on a regular basis, and adjusted as needed. I am giving 2 stars because the new office is gorgeous. It is very clean, new, and tranquil. I am sad to say my experience here was a waste of time and I feel like a chump that got taken for... $5,000 dollars later and almost 1 year of time....no results. I got locked into inconvenient accupuncture appointments and when I would mention scheduling the other appointments for my services paid for it was either difficult or I was told they needed to check my file. Mid-way into my treatment I asked if there would be another consultation done to ensure what we were doing was working because I was not seeing any results. When I enquired again about my other treatments, I was scolded for not knowing they needed to be done all together. They are also not very flexible. My dad had a heart attack one morning and I had to cancel.Upon me explaining to the receptionist (who blows hot or cold) why I had to cancel and tried rescheduling she spoke over me about the 25.00 cancelation fee for not having a 24 hour notice. I was at one point too embarassed that I put myself in this position with this much money out of pocket. I had told them that my final payment I did not want charged until I met with someone to ensure we are on the right path or need to make any modifications because some other things creeped up. I couldn't believe that a mid-point or final touch base was not part of the program. My paperwork that they were always looking for (a copy of the owner's recommendations) had a lot of things that they were supposed to do that they did not. HA! I had a copy of my paperwork, otherwise they would have branded me as a liar. Meanwhile, they charged my final payment (no notice, no mid or final touchpoint). At this point I knew this place is NOT credible. I finished out my accupuncture and all the other services I paid for I said forget it. It's not worth it. I don't want to deal with a snotty receptionist, an office manager who proclaimed she is not sure what her role is so couldn't really answer my questions, and a missing owner who was never available or who would all of the sudden be busy. I am starting to think my 5,000 paid for their new office. I do not recommend this place. I am embarassed I fell for their scam. I will give alternative medicine one more try, but not here unless you want to get swindeled. read more
