The wait time is extreme for no reason. The company decides to rent/purchase an outside trailer to install ordering kiosks for walk in customers however the wait time has not reduced at all with this new idea. You could have used that money to purchase outdoor heating lamps to better accommodate your waiting customers OUTSIDE in the freezing wind/cold. That trailer hasn't done nothing good for your paying customers. Clearly a convenience for the workers, which is great for them. The outdoor trailer for walk in customers does NOTHING for the wait time. I come here every week (because it's closest to home) and order online and occasionally walk in and order. Regardless of ordering online vs ordering in person, expect to wait in line for at least an hour. Plan your trip accordingly due to the wait time. They started construction inside to switch from PharmaKent to Far Dotter. That's still no excuse for the ridiculous wait time. The queue was the same even BEFORE construction began. Please don't use that as an excuse. PharmaKent / Future Far Dotter: How ridiculous does that sound? Needing to clear your schedule for 1.5-2 hours just to get some weed? Please re evaluate your decisions and get your company together. Your customers should not have to suffer outside in the freezing wind/cold this time next year...... or that truly says a lot ab how you care about your paying customers. I have been here once before had an awful experience. My friend convinced me to try again. I put in a pickup order and arrived at my time. Waited in line got called on by a rude slim older lady with glasses. I approached no greeting just a hand. I handed of my driver's license. She failed to take my medical card. Brought my order all packed together but then said it was to big so I couldn't have. I was upset but said nothing. Then I was told they follow the law there. I track my allotment I am well under my allowance. I was then told if I dont like it I can just shop somewhere else. This is the problem with businesses like this they forget the people who got them where they were. To think a busines encouraging you to a rival while being rude. Don't worry rude lady I am copy pasting this review on every site. That friend that convinced me to try again will no longer be a customer either. Before when the dispensary was just PharmKent the wait times were horrible, always prioritized online orders that you had to do within a super small window or your stuff would be sold out. Now it was super quick with the multiple kiosks and there was more product. Thankfully no oh I want that and it's all sold out like it was before. I'm so glad this company changed!! This is the waiting line for ONLINE ORDERS in the cold at dusk. Dress accordingly this winter season, should you pickup an online order, despite it being the "convenient" option. No space heaters, no accommodations except a tent. I sincerely believe consumers should know they may encounter the harsh elements for prolonged periods of time during order pickup. I come here when I have to, but also can't appreciate the steep pricing compared to other local dispensaries. However, I can't/won't discount the incredibly kind staff who otherwise cannot control the business model responsible for the wait times. The staff at PharmKent is amazing. Friendly and sooo knowledgable. They get you in and out and help out when looking for items on sale.

PharmKent wellness can be a great place to get your medical or recreational "medz". The parking lot is well maintained and the building looks to be like a medical office. Once inside you're greeted by two staff members who take your id and then you wait for your name to be called. They have an ATM and encourage you to get cash to save on fees. The website is absolutely terrible and is never updated correctly. I would definitely recommend. read more

I only started to wait on line the third time I went in. Don't bother on the weekends. I went mid-week around noon and 'only' had a 1/2 hour wait to get in the sales room. My experience was great. This review is off my first visit. I pre-ordered at 10pm the night before. My pick-up time was 12-12:30. I got in line at 11:50am, and was back in my car at 12:15. This was on a Friday. All 3 staff members I interacted with were very nice. Zero complaints. The only critique I have is I wish they had signs as far as telling you, which line is which outside.
