Might be a little long but, promise it's worth it. It was 10 minutes to 9:00, I'm in the back seat holding my dog, moms driving (pretty worried) as I'm having a panic attack. Now, I'm in the thirties, learned to cope and deal with all of life's issues. And life is beautiful even though those issues suck. Got it life, thankfully. It had been raining, I had no make up on, hair like I just escaped from a hospital and I was dressed crappy. And I don't dress crappy. I just lost me childhood best friend from an OD and lemme tell you, I'm talking it hard! Crying spells, uh, just the whole nine. I'm standing there in front of two smiling facing, "what's up"?, "what can we get you"? And I think "don't worry, we gotcha"! Anxiety immediately went from 10-3,2,1 to me smiling and laughing from the hospitality of those great men! Did I mention how happy I am with my purchase!? What great recommendations! Now, I also received a couple pins and stickers (who doesn't like stickers) and love, and compassion! And you just can't put a price tag on that. Very kind and knowledgeable people here. I felt very good after a long time of feeling like crap! I slept like a baby last night. I laughed with my mom last night! Not our norm. Thanks guys! I really appreciated everything. Nature's Care - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Rolling Meadows, Illinois

I've been to dispensaries in Colorado, California and Nevada. This place is the most expensive dispensary I've come across. It's like $20 for a 100mg edible in California and $30 in downtown Las Vegas in the touristy areas. Nature's Care was charging $33 for the same Mindy's product then recently hiked that very same product to $39 one month later. I'm paying way more here than Las Vegas on the Strip. I believe dispensaries are charging much higher prices due to lack of competition. It's June, so the supply part of the argument isn't there anymore. On top of the high prices comes the issue of parking. They make you walk a quarter of a mile to get to the store if you're recreational, since they don't let you park in the parking lot - even if it's empty. You need to pre-order your stuff and stand outside. I had to stand outside in crazy rain for my pre-order after walking to the store. So many crazy rules and high prices, simply because there's no competition. When there is competition, I'm bailing from this place. I suspect the rest of the recreational crowd will, as well, once other places start popping up. They need to realize sooner than later how much they've alienated their recreational base. The only thing that keeps this from being a 1 star is their product is pretty good. read more

This is a late review, but I have always had a good experience here. I am a recreational customer and the staff here has always been incredibly kind and helpful. Also, the preorder/line system works quickly and efficiently. An associate named Tim has helped me out on multiple visits, and he deserves to be called out for his service. He has always educated me on my purchases, listened to my questions, and given me recommendations based on my feedback. The gal working next to him the last time I saw him is also very kind and helpful, though I didn't get her name. She was the one who suggested I leave a review for the store and for Tim. Hopefully both of these folks can get some extra props and the rest of the team can look to them for examples of great customer service. Can't wait to come back! read more

Decent selection of flower but their prices are the highest in the area. The staff is friendly but you feel cramped in the waiting lines and rushed a bit once at the counter. One line for medical (will have to stand if multiple patients waiting) but you get priority over recreational. Hardly ever answer their phones if you have a question. read more

Very nice place. If you are registered, and you find yourself at this dispensary, I would say that it is top-notch. At first glance, from the outside, you may question how nice the place is. Ok, it's not that great on the outside. One of their concerns, which should be yours as well, is security. It's heavily secured, so you will feel safe. After you park, you will not be able to enter the building until you are first buzzed in. You won't be buzzed in if it looks like you are going to rob the place or there's already too many people inside. The staff is very nice and informative. Have not been pleased with product selection over the last fees months. Options for flower is limits, and has gone up in price since January 1st. Ordering online is no guarantee that your product will be there when you get there! That defeats the purpose of ordering it online! Will be looking at other MEDICAL facilities soon. read more

They categorized a product incorrectly sold it to me without warning and I cannot use it. The time they took helping my 78 yo mother with crohn's disease was WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND! Three hours helping her switch from the most horrible dispensary in Illinois. She lives in McHenry county and the closest by far is in Lake County but we go to Cook County for the exceptional selection, service, and personal. Beyond recommend! 10 stars! And if you come in with a medical card they say you dont have to pay the tax but then fail to mention theres a whole form you need to fill to apply your medical benefits. I never leave a review, but after multiple negative experiences here I thought I would help out the next person by saving their time. The security guards love the power and are rude. After the security guard gave me attitude for pulling into the parking lot (sorry didn't see the small sign), I heard him tell another recreational patient that it was slow and they could park in the lot. Lied to me said they were medical patient, which they weren't. Also they sold me TWO defective pens. I have been trying to get my refund..took them about a week to get back saying I can only use the refund on the specific brand. So I have to wait for them to post the product by the specific brand, and when I do they cancel my order because they ran out. Makes no sense. Rise in Mundelein has excellent service and will be taking the extra minutes to drive out there. read more

I had the worse experience. First, parking is only for medical and they give you no advice where to park. Next they had their lines segregated by call ahead orders and walk ups. They unnecessarily made the walk ups wait an extremely long time. They had medical and walk up cashiers doing nothing and only one line for walk ups. Plus the selection was awful. It amazes me to see the pictures of "Employee of the Month" being flashed up on screens around the dispensary. From the time Natures Care helped me with the process of applying for my Medical License (which was open ended so I could choose a different dispensary), to my trip today. I was curious about using a concentrate to make butter to make brownies. I placed my order and went in, while there I asked if by chance they had a baker on the premises... by golly they did. I explained my circumstances, and they told me that what I wanted to do was possible however the length of heating needed to cook the brownies could actually change my desired affect. Back to my original sentence, I've yet met a person that does not deserve that title. read more

What can I say? Nature's Care is amazing!!! The first time I went there I had no idea what to expect. I was there as a recreational user. Leslie was very helpful and made some recommendations. Even though they were busy, she took the time to answer my questions. The next time I went was for medical purposes. Robin answered ALL my questions...and yes I had a lot of them. He was super patient, explaining the different kinds of marijuana, making suggestions, and helping me understand the legal limits of what I could purchase. There are closer dispensaries to where I live but I will continue to go to Nature's Care. They are phenomenal and care about the individual! read more

My experience was not that Pleasant. I used to go to rise Mundelein and I can tell you they are fantastic people there kind polite actually sit down and help you as I am recently disabled and I had no knowledge and how these products may or may not help me. When I got to Nature's care and walked in pass the armed guard the receptionist was absolutely fantastic. Kind polite if he couldn't answer question he assured me when I go and back they will take the time and listen 2 mi ailments then they could advise me it what products they think may help me. As I'm in line and one ahead of me the employee named Debbie was talking to a woman to my left. As they were talking I figured they knew each other. When I got the counter is it was my turn Debbie said let me take care of this lady first and Lady reply to meet at Lino take care of him. I had money question but Debbie seemed like she was very rushed or on speed or something as she really avoided any questions I may have had and asked me if I wanted some Girl Scout cookies rethinking early morning what she going to hand me a couple of them then I noticed other employees were handing out small boxes but Debbie replied so tell me do you want one. I told her I didn't understand what she was asking and she continued to ring up my order. My order came to $295. I'd mention to Debbie that I ordered online and the total it gave me was 275. I said I can show you on my phone but I could not pull it up so again she said 295. I mentioned again that the online price said to 75 then she proceeded to actually annihilate the bag to open it tearing it in Anger as she rang it up and then it came up to 275. I went to put my products in my car went back in and talk to the young gentleman at the reception. After explain to him he was very apologetic and sad that I sure someone will talk to her. I just know earlier looking over some of the other employees interacting with customers they were talking laughing xcetera where I was all stressed out couldn't ask any questions cuz Debbie was on some kind of but was just very unprofessional. I will go back as they seem to have my product that I would like but I'm still in a situation where I need to talk to somebody regarding my ailments and what's best suited for me. After experienced a v I would encourage the owners to take a little group trip to RISE Dispensary in Mundelein and just observe how they talk to their customers and interact. read more

Honestly I switched to this dispensary because they offer a discount for those on disability. But since I have been going here over a year it just keeps getting worse and worse. 50% of the time the online ordering lets you buy products they don't have in stock so you drive 40 minutes to find half your order not filled. And then they say "you should have got a text". Which you NEVER get. But I got the one saying my order was complete. Thanks again. Another ball dropped. The selections are anemic. A year ago you could have bought half to full ounces and now they nickel and dime customers only offering 1/8 and gram quantities. Their staff also turns over faster than their products. Even their vape carts are all .5 gram or lower when they used to have much more of a selection. And when asked why they had no Xmas specials this year they said everyone is waiting for recreational to do specials. So F off to the customers that need it and have been buying from you long term? Thanks a lot. Natures care does NOT care. They are greedy and are actually ignoring the "take care of your medical customers first" rule. Also they have been setting purchasing limits claiming shortages. No it's because you are stock piling for those who will be paying top dollar. Avoid if you can.
