I don't know the ins and outs of all these different devices they have. She huffs and puffs and complains when she has to answer a question of mine. She's actually told me to go look on Google myself to figure it out. Now today I go in there to try to buy something and this woman is trying to sell me Open box items for the same price that they are brand new sealed? listed for for ones that are not open and I told her I'll go buy it somewhere else. She said "that's fine" and she actually told me "thank you" so she's thanking me for not giving her my business? The unprofessionalism THE, narcissistic entitled ism by this woman is appalling and whoever owns this place should tell her to pack her bags and hit the road because I will never go in and spend another penny there if my life depended on it. And if the poor soul who owns the place is actually married to her, I'm very sorry for them.
