My wife reached out to this local shop not very far from us and the person she spoke with was very helpful. We drove right over and my wife ran in and was out in just a couple of minutes. A majority of my contact has been with Dan. It goes back more than 25 years. Thanks to Dan most of the people I spoke to about had very good results. Not everything worked but no one ever had an adverse reaction. The store is frequented by every type of person in including people in the medical field. Price is not an important factor for me where as safety and measured results are. It just so happens that their pricing competes with every form of seller. Great little local gem of a vitamin shop introduced to me by a co-worker. I have so many allergies and Zyrtec/Claritin and local bee pollen weren't working for me anymore. I got some D-Hist here and he also introduced me to liposomal vitamin C and liposomal glutathione. All really great supplements to take in addition to zinc to boost the immune system during these COVID times. This store is fascinating. I've never seen such an extensive inventory of supplements, natural and organic foods, bulk spices and then some. I actually only come here for one supplement and that is the Go-Out Plex formulation that has probably spared me from gout flare-ups ever since I started taking it regularly. I priced similar products at Sprouts and found that Nature's Health Shoppe actually beat them by about $8 per 90 capsule bottle! The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly every time I've shopped here. I'm simply impressed with all of the variety of products they have here. We needed some lactobacillus reiteri drops for my two month old grandson who was crying constantly from tummy pains. The doctor had said they could be found at health food stores. After wasted trips and numerous phone calls to every health food, vitamin store and pharmacy around we were unable to fnd any drops, just tablets and capsules. Thanks to a Yelp thread I started in this area I was referred to this store where I found the powder form, and for less than half the price of the drops. The clerks were knowledgeable and helpful, obviously knew their stock and health information. They advised me on the proper dose and made suggestions. I left very happy. I came in here a few years ago to scope out the EO collection and I wanted to see how much the store has changed since August of 2015. Pretty much the same layout and offerings in May 2018 as then. I don't know too much about health foods but I know what I like and they have some good stuff here. Decent selection of essential oils, fluoride free toothpaste, Arizona honey, vitamins, and the like. I went to this store recently this week and was very surprised to see that NONE of their workers were wearing masks. Seriously? A vitamin/health store? They obviously don't care about their customers. There was an elderly woman in front of me and she was asking the girl at checkout a question...I heard her respond, 'well, you have to just live your life.' In a very rude manner. She was not being patient with her. When I got up there to pay, she asked for my phone number for my points. I was wearing a mask and she said, "I can't understand you with your mask on" OK - at that point, I should have left. How completely rude and unkind to customers. We will be ordering what we need online and not going back to Nature's Health. Perhaps they need to train their employees to be kind. read more
