If you're looking for a doctor to actually listen to you and your concerns then look no further. After years of going to general practitioners and gynecologists and expressing concerns to no avail, Dr. Connell is a game changer. Dr. Connell is the first and only doctor I have ever been to that actually listens. Further, she considers your entire mind, body and environment in developing treatment. She made several suggestions and immediately told me her plan would not entail me being on all of the supplements and such forever, but to reduce to exactly what is needed as we proceeded through treatments. This is a fact. From the first set of supplements to now - the supplements have been reduced to half. From the first session I have experienced great changes to my pre-menopausal symptoms (hot flashes gone). From the next session my acne, weight gain, nail strength, and sleep have all improved (all the things I wanted to address). Five stars for providing me peace of mind. Granted, no answers officially but a load off my mind in addition to new questions about the what's and why's in addition to the Really?! questions brought on when told some of my symptoms are hormone related. From the "curse" to worse - it's just wrong. So okay, maybe it's more. I admit, I was aprehensive. I didn't want to go to a doctor who would give me a prescription that's gonna "fix" my condition. Here I got personal attention immediately with the initial consultation. Where do I even start? I was in a super dark place with acne (at age 24) and didn't know what more to do. A few years ago I randomly became dizzy for the first time in my life. Gradually the dizziness became more frequent and more intense. I then started the process of months and months of going to the doctors. I went to my GP, Urgent care, specialists, surgeons, more specialists and everyone in between. I was tested, scanned, MRI'ed, lights shined at me, drop tested, pills, shots, medications taken, tested for cancers, tumors and every single person would get to their end of ideas and refer me off to someone else to try. No one seemed to care, did the bare minimum or were scared. It got to the point that exploratory surgery was being looked at. After months of this and not wanting to go through exploratory surgery, a friend referred me here. I was admittedly skeptical at first but was open to ideas after months of hitting a wall. Immediately in 10 minutes, Dr. Judy hit on something that no one else did. It was one of the most basic, simple things that no one else even bothered to check. While the worst wasn't over, at least we hit on something to go after, to treat which no one else had in almost 6 months and dozens of appointments. After a few months, I started improving. This whole office runs as a team, maybe more like a family, one that cares. The nursing staff is amazing and patient. I used to be deathly afraid of needles. I don't like them still, but now I trust them so much I can watch the whole process. The front office staff is so welcoming and kind. I never feel like I can't call or email them to talk about an issue or a question I may have. Dr. Daina has been a welcome addition to the clinic and I appreciate the life-changing advice she has given me. Everyone has definitely gone above and beyond for me I felt a few times in life. A few years have gone by now. I'm not what I was before, but I believe I'm the best I can be at this point because of this place. I've been told in the past I'm the most complex male case, but I don't feel like they have ever given up on me. I stumbled on them by getting a groupon for acupuncture and it was the best thing ever I had been having super strong emotional swings that were irrational and out of character for me. I had been to my primary care physician...who decided I was depressed and wanted to shove pills down my throat, I was confident that I was not depressed and that something else was wrong. My emotions got the best of me and I began to cry and the Dr. then decided I was somehow a harm to myself or suicidal...when did crying become a sign of that?...how ridiculous. I got the groupon for acupuncture as several Doctors had told me there is nothing wrong with me. Dr. Judy listened to me, and asked me to get some blood work done. When we met to go over the blood work she said I had some major hormone imbalances...Finally an answer...i'm not crazy or depressed...Since then I have been taking the supplements suggested and my mood swings are much better...it's still a work in progress but I'm getting better. I went to this office after deciding I wanted to try a Naturopathic doctor. I saw all the great reviews here on Yelp and figured I would give them a try. I went to this doctor for over 10 months and this is what happened: First I got a consultation to see if I felt comfortable with the practice. I noticed that everyone is super friendly, accommodating, and usually quick to do their jobs. I have been to doctors offices and waited over an hour to see a doctor before, this didn't seem to happen. I had acne on my lower jaw, neck and back for several months and it had started after coming off of birth control I was on for 11 years. My body was in shock and my pcp wanted me to get an IUD or something, I wasn't into it! Seeing Dr. Judy for the first time was nice but overwhelming. I was given a pack of info with lots of services I never heard of before. I sat with just her in her office for well over an hour and we talked about all my health concerns, etc. Before I left I got some blood drawn and paid at least $500. She told me to come back in a couple of weeks to see the results. When I came back we did some more tests, she put me on about 15 supplements and by the time I left, my bill was well over $2000! She said it was normal for it to be high at first and normally it would (the bill) be less later. She suggested I come in weekly for a b12 shot. So I started taking the supplements that weekend. I guess I had some detox reactions because I felt HORRIBLE for 3 days! Migraine horrible. Thankfully it did not last. I didn't see any difference in the first couple of weeks. Then I went back, we did stool samples and a food panel. I was allergic to just about all foods. I kid you not! Milk, Gluten, Eggs, lots of Fruits and Veggies. This was a very depressing time for me. I couldn't eat anything. However, I was extremely diligent and was seriously trying to get better. Several months go by, she continues to test me on this and that, my acne gets sort of better (not really), I did loose 25 lbs and my brain fog seemed to get better. Then we started doing glutathione pushes every other week (because I couldn't afford it every week at $100 a pop and the b12 shot on top of that). Again, I didn't see much of a change in my acne. She continued to put me on supplement after supplement. I was embarrassed in public when I had to take these out at lunch to take them! I was fully dedicated and really had faith but after 8 months and no change in the issue I went to her to fix, I started to break. My acne actually seemed to start to get worse again! To sum this all up, I spent over $9000 in 10 months, I did mentally feel better (which was not just from my diet), I lost 25 lbs, but my acne was still present and angry. For that amount of money, I could have actually gone on my honeymoon but my Husband and I decided to cancel it because we were broke and I still couldn't eat anything! I think that Dr. Judy has great intentions and her staff is very nice but I also feel that I was a naive, walking target who got their money taken from them. First of all, I just want to comment how difficult it is to find a good doctor, be it traditional or holistic. That is what makes Dr. Judy such a wonderful find, she truly is a good doctor with a background in both traditional and holistic medicine. It took us 3 years to find her, while meeting rude and uncaring doctors along the way. My husband started seeing Dr. Judy about a year ago (we received the recommendation from our Chiro) he had unexplained extreme fatigue, gi issues and depression for about the previous 3 years before that. Dr. Judy was so thorough in her investigation to get to the bottom of what was causing his problems, that she indeed did find it! That is what I have come to really appreciate about her, she truly, truly cares. That's what makes a good Doctor in my book. We had gone to another doctor before her in hopes we could find the cause of my husbands persistent GI problems. After one basic stool sample he told my husband he was fine and needed to see a psychiatrist. -_- Not an acceptable answer. Dr. Judy has done the opposite, she has stopped at nothing to find and fix what was causing his health problems. And although in his case it has taken a full year for recovery (it turns out it there was some pretty bad stuff going on inside is body) he is definitely returning to his old self and I couldn't be happier! So good have been his results that I decided to see her as well for some female problems I have been dealing with for most of my life but have never had a doctor be able to diagnose me with anything. Thanks to Dr. Judy, I finally know what I have been dealing with (PCOS) and wow! Am I finally seeing the results I've been longing for....even my acne began to clear much faster than she told me it would and I have begun to experience increased energy and decreased monthly AF pain. For those who want to give natural medicine a try, it is totally worth it. But please keep in mind, since the cause of problems are treated, and not just symptoms, it takes a little bit longer to see the results you would like. And, yes, it's expensive. In my opinion though, I would rather invest in our health and future than be permanently sick in the long run and loose money over time on doctors and treatments that don't care or work. I love Dr. Judy's office, I love her staff and I love that she is truly an amazing and incredibly intelligent, caring Doctor. I don't regret for one minute the time, money and effort we have put in to seeing her and following her instructions. I absolutely adore Dr. Judy. She's thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely cares. I paid out of pocket to see her after my regular NP of sixteen years wasn't able to offer me any solutions to some of the problems that I was experiencing. Dr. Judy fixed everything I was experiencing. Even the things that I didn't think were that big of symptoms. As it would turn out, every single one of my symptoms was connected and had a fairly simple solution. She saw it all and was super kind! Just make sure you block out a few hours for your appointment. I have to say this business certainly overcharges and unfortunately I have to learn the hard way. They are charging $650.00 for food allergy test, but if you go to a nutritionist they would provide you the information to get the food allergy test done and give you the packet to send your blood to the test center, you would be paying the test center (e.g. Meridian Valley Labs) $154.85 directly as opposed to $650.00. I don't know why they're charging an outrageous fee and after finding that information out I immediately cancelled my membership and they were trying to charge me a restocking fee of 25% but there was nothing on my receipt that stated that as I I was told by one of the Reps that it's on the receipt. Overall, I did meet with the doctor but taking advantage of the patients by overcharging is not acceptable to me. read more

I have been going to Dr. Judy for 4-5 years and have lost 85 pounds and feel better than I have felt in 10 years! I have waited some time to post my review here as I am not big on posting reviews. However, in this case, I feel like I may change someone's mind and save them a ton of money. First of all, Dr. Judy is a very expensive doctor to go to. Her prices are much more than the average Naturopath. This serves to pay for all her trips and vacations. She calls them seminars but the staff will assure you they are vacations. She is out of the office as much or more than she is in the office. Second, Dr. Judy is a very inexperienced doctor. She runs tons of expensive tests all the time. Likely, she doesn't have a clue what is going on with a person so she runs expensive tests to make you think that she knows what she is talking about. The problem is when the tests come back, she still has no clue what your problem is. So she says it's a hormonal or an adrenal issue. Then she runs more expensive tests. It's a vicious circle of tests and money. Third, I have met several women in her office that have paid thousands of dollars and have no relief of symptoms. Once she realizes that she cannot help you, she will suggest IV's. $175 to $500 a pop. I feel really bad for the patients. I have met so many that are struggling for answers and Dr. Judy takes full advantage of their desperation. read more

However she has enhanced my life in so many other ways, when I got parasites and went to traditional MD type dr's and got no relief, she came to the rescue and fixed that as well. I can't say enough about Dr. Judy. She is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever been to. When I came to her, I was sick and overweight. She diagnosed me with Lymes Disease and the blood work confirmed it. She also told me that my Hashimoto's could be cured and started treating me for that. She tested me for food allergies to find out I was eating everything that was wrong for me. In over two years I have almost been cured of the Hashimoto's and lost 26 pounds. My cholesterol is out of the danger zone and my A1c is back to normal. We are still treating the Lymes but my symptoms have gotten less and less. Here's what I learned in my journey with Dr, Judy: It takes time, patience, commitment. There was a lot of expense (I'm being honest), but my husband and I decided I was worth the investment.
