He was annoyed that I asked for recommendations when it seemed like indica heavy, under 25% thc products were all sold out. When he finally did find some flower, I asked him to describe it and he had no idea what I was asking. I asked did he have any I could smell because that is something they do in CA. The guy said it was two for $20 so I was going to get two because I had $23 and one was $19. Dude said $25 for the $20 deal which makes tax 25 percent... didn't sounds right so I went for a single "$19" one. So when I checked my receipt it was $18.65... the change wouldn't be a big deal but as a bartender and restaurant manager I'm aware of the issue with cash handling where people tell a higher amount in order to take the change as a tip. So I'm curious if the tax on the $20 deal is twenty five percent or the much much smaller percentage that the "$19" one that I didn't get my change back on was? While close to home, I've found their wait times to be a bit excessive, even when using 'express' & don't always feel like they want my business. If you don't have the vape flavor / specific concentrate in, don't leave a box zin the display case & then treat customers like they're daft when they question your 'out of stock' answer to a question. This has happened to me twice... It also feels like you're bothering the front desk to even check in. While they will recite the 'welcome home' tag line, it doesn't feel like she means it. As someone who just became able to go to dispensaries, I found the overall experience to be a little bit stressful, and overwhelming. When I decided to switch from the other places I've gone to to the good dispensary, I didn't look back because their customer service is so great, they don't make you feel stupid when you don't know what you're asking for, and they always have great discounts! The worst place to go they treated years of loyalty as shit the first time in my life I ask for a refund and they told me no. Apparently I used "half" of the cartridge and couldn't get a refund. I said I was trying to smoke it but no smoke would come out. And i started getting frustrated because he just wouldn't believe it was a dud and I told him I brought my pen for him to try it to see if there is any airflow. He said no you smoked more then half. So I said your lying let me see another cartridge. Then he proceeded to tell me how he is the manager and how I need to "get the hell out" or he will call security. After kicking me out I called the office and found out he wasn't the manager he was nothing but a cashier. So I asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold for 10 minutes made the security officer give me a new cartridge and told me I'm no longer welcome to the establishment. My lady stopped in and got a ounce, we do this once a week. This last batch is probably the worst weed that I've ever had in my life. There's so many seeds that the ratio to seeds and flour is ridiculous. There's more seeds than flower in this batch. That's not my problem, nature is fickle sometimes... when I called the dispensary and asked to speak to a manager I was transferred to this guy name Daniel and he was pretty much as useless as the weed that I just got. He kept saying it wasn't their fault that the weed from somewhere else and that they pretty much can't be held responsible and that that's the risk in buying these half's announces at a discount rate. Pretty much telling me that there is nothing he could do about it and that that's just my luck and sorry I explain to him that that was pretty unfair and then I understood where he was coming from but it just seemed like he just didn't care about my situation, there was a weird awkward silence in between and then finally I said you know what man I guess if there's nothing you can do about it there's nothing you can do but at least you could act like you care, and then we ended up getting into it because he wouldn't hear me out about how I understood where he was coming from, but that he refused to see where I was coming from and then he patronize me and said well I hope you have a better day and he really didn't mean it and then he just hung up on me. If I never come back to this place, it'll be because of this little interaction. I really usually love the weed at this place but today your customer service didn't come through, I will never want to deal with Daniel again I didn't like this weed today but I definitely did not love your service today at all.
