I join gyms to work out not to have a fist fight over whether a fan is on or off because of the heat.

Frustrating, they take your money every month, but usually fail to deliver what is advertised. Hope it gets better. It has to be the leadership and culture, because these aren't insurmountable tasks that we're talking about here.
