We understand due to Covid we need to wait in our vehicles but TWO HOURS is to long especially with two sick kids. Aside waiting another 15-25 minutes to finally see the PA. Parents that bring there children to any night clinic are working parents and are already tired and frustrated from a long day of work. Don't see why the Doctor that owns this clinic doesn't hire but she is loosing our business and will be taking both our kids to many other clinics with quicker service. We don't recommend this clinic at least not at night. Our timeline: We checked in at 6:45pm and waited in our vehicle until we finally got called at 8:15pm because my wife walked inside and spoke to the receptionist and finally left the clinic at 8:50. Bright fluorescent light shining down, no sheets or blankets to cover you, although they did provide a small robe to cover my upper body to keep me warmer. I could hear conversations with other patients and with staff, so it was impossible to really relax. Nothing like any other treatment rooms I have been in. The rating would be even lower, but he is very good with the needles. Not even a hint of discomfort when the needles were inserted. I did not have a chiropractic adjustment as he does not us an activator and does not have automatic beds.

Called and gave them the info and request on the phone. They said to come in on Monday at 940am. Arrived and the receptionist was rude, not businesslike at all. Just continued gossiping with her co worker. Finally, she asked what we were there for. Told her we had appt for bone scan to which she said to have a seat. After 15 minutes or so of listening and watching Mexican TV,,,she tells my wife they will not do it unless we are a patient of theirs. Geesh....Why did they not tell us this when we called and made the appt or right off when we arrived. To busy BSing with co workers I guess. Hope the actual Dr is better than the staff!
