He goes out of his way to make sure the products suggested and the installation options provide the most value for my budget. This includes a full house window replacement, sliders, and storm doors. He has a lot of "pull" with his manufacturers and that became evident recently when I had fogging of a side-light window panel that was installed a few years ago. I was hopeful it was under warranty (it was), but not expecting Jeff to have the manufacturer come out and replace it. Above and beyond my expectations! My parents didn't use it much - we noticed that the awning was pulling away from the house and called Jeff to look at - he gave me an estimate and I shared out concerns about not hitting the studs when it was installed but he insisted that we did something wrong. The price was over $700 to take down put up a header and put it back up. Well my husband ended up doing the work and when he took it down he did notice that the original installers only hit one stud which was in no way good enough to carry the load and finally started to let go. I called Jeff to tell him what we found and he just went off on my swearing at me using the F word and calling me a liar and telling me to shut the F up I was shocked how he was talking to me. I also told him I called the manufacturer of the awning and that they didn't have any good to say about his company and again he went off yelling at me and swear at me. I was telling the truth, all I wanted Jeff to do was the right thing and give my parents a reimbursement seeing that my husband had to take down the awning but a header board (cost $70) and then put it back up even if he would've just cover the board at least that was something but his reaction to swear and talk to me the way he did was not acceptable. I did not yell or swear at him the entire call. Jeff did call me back after he called the manufacturer and realized what I said to him was the truth so I will give him a little credit for that but the damage had already been done. If you choice to use this company just beware of their workmanship. The way it is installed now that thing is not going anywhere which it should've been this way to begin with. BEWARE of this company.

I can't express to you what a pleasure it is to deal with him. He's super honest, super personable (has stories for days), and does amazing work. I wish I could say he did some of that amazing work for me, but it's a weird story: Our annoying HOA forces us to keep appearances up with our neighbors. Everything has to be just so, and our windows needed to be energy efficient. Our windows already looked great, but I have to abide by the HOA or else. So I called up Dave to get a quote on how much it would cost to upgrade the windows. We had a great conversation, he knew the area, and the sort of job, and like I said, he was an absolute pleasure to talk to. We picked a day, and he said he'd check it out and give me a quote. After he went out there to take a look, he asked if I wanted to the good news or the bad news. The Good News: The windows were already super energy efficient. He knows because he had put them in himself for the previous tenant a few years back. What a coincidence! The Bad News: He wasn't going to make any money on this job. Which, if you're paying attention, you may realize was also really good news for me. Dave could've just straight up done the job again and made more money (as some dishonest folks would've), but instead but he got a laugh out of me, and a customer for life. I will be calling him for every window job from here on out, and I think you should too.

As with every type of appointment for construction services you normally enter into a conversation hesitant wondering who is this guy, and will he give me a good price, a good job, stand behind work, or just give me a crappy job and run with my money, never to be heard from again. We've all heard the stories. Dave arrived at my home, introduced himself and we talked at great length about our siding project, and he did a walk around the home just to evaluate the job. He came back in, did a little figuring on a piece of paper, and gave us a price on the spot. While we knew not what to expect about the cost, we were somewhat surprised as it seemed a little over what we had budgeted. We talked a little longer and he explained in great detail what was needed and what he was going to do, he explained the funding and how it would work and he left. We thanked him for his time, his explanations, and his proposal and told him we would be in touch. After Dave left my wife and I sat down and discussed the project, the cost, and the timeline, as we wanted to get the project done before September this year. You know that everyone says, "Never take the first proposal, get prices, get multiple proposals, etc". We didn't know what it was exactly, but my wife and I both felt really good about our visit with Dave and so we decided to call him back the next day and enter into a contract. Not to make this review to long, the project was scheduled and actually took place a week earlier than expected. Dave anticipated a 5 day project, and they finished up in 4 days. His guys were like busy bees, only stopping for a 30 minute lunch break each day. Very professional, knew their profession, and did not need constant oversite. Dave's supervisor on the job Louis knew the job and knew the timeline and was sure to make it happen. While Dave was on the site almost every day, I think he thinks of himself as the cleanup crew picking up and taking garbage almost every day. There was no language barrier between the workers and me, and everyone on the job was eager to please. Dave made every effort to assure that the finished project was worthy of our praise, even adding a few things not originally negotiated in the contract. While the project was not considered a large project, it had alot of intricate details that took extra time to work around. My wife and I cannot express enough our level of satisfaction with Dave and his guys. They did what they said they would do, and most likely more that we didn't even know about. Great job, great contractor, and great value for the money. The project was worth every penny spent. I see now why much of Dave's business is return customers. We would/will certainly use him again if the need arises. Not to lengthen this review longer I would only like to add, that Dave is human, he is not a robot and his speech is not rehearsed. We learned alot about his family, his dogs, etc. and we felt he was true to form, just a good guy to work with. Highly recommend. Cathy visited my property twice for discussion of options and pricing. She is very straight forward and no nonsense, and offered good suggestions. The door quoted was a Provia and although expensive, is the first thing visitors see when coming to our home. It was ultimately more than worth the money. Darek the master carpenter, came once to carefully measure the existing door, lights and woodwork. Ultimately we needed a custom size door built at the factory. His measurements were so accurate, the new door fit perfectly first try in the opening when stood up. Darek performed the removal and new install and is truly a talented professional. We felt lucky to have his skill, and although I'm not a carpenter, I could tell via his work he is excellent. The finished entryway to our home is now amazing and went from rotten to beautiful. Per Cathy's suggestion, I immediately had the surrounding millwork and wood work refinished and painted long before the door install. Again a sage suggestion and saves me money from not losing that to the elements. I highly recommend these professionals.

We contacted them to replace several doors. We had a prompt reply and a visit to see and thoroughly examine the nature of our issues. They then provided an estimate, which held up throughout the job. And when it came time to replace the doors, the work was done in expert fashion.
