J.Crew always has such great sales and deals, so I knew it was worth checking out! I found the cutest pair of pajama shorts for a friend, but I needed some help with sizing, and Mickey was so incredibly helpful and kind. She also showed me some of the cardigan sweaters I've always loved, including the classic button down cotton cardigans that came in multiple colors and were 50% off! They always have such great deals, but Mickey's kindness, energy, and willingness to help truly made my shopping day. I would definitely recommend stopping by the J.Crew Outlet in Aurora, and especially seeing Mickey! She made the experience so enjoyable and was absolutely wonderful to work with.

It was a well tailored sweater and worth the extra money - spending $20-30 on a sweater is huge to me, (considering when I do shop it's for bargains), however, it lasted, until this summer, (and I have mended it a couple of times)... Did I mention I'm thrifty? I pass the outlet mall every Sunday as I drive to Batavia for church and because of my aversion to malls and shopping I have always simply, drove by... But my day came after visiting with friends after church and needing a sweater, so I called before going, (Doesn't everybody?). I told the young lady who answered the phone exactly what I wanted. She put me on hold to verify that the item was in the store and returned to my call very quickly. She explained that she would hold it at the counter. She also explained how to access their store, since I had never been to the mall and it was in the newer section accessible by Bilter Road. To my surprised, I arrived after my visit about two hours before closing. I walked straight to the counter and asked the only female her name and explained that I called and spoke with her about the sweater. It was there! I felt compelled to explain my attitude about shopping, which I thought was apparent in how I was dressed, (not trendy - almost aged). The young lady was pleasant, professional and very helpful and I am very pleased to say despite my appearance.

I was talking to a staff member when this woman came up to me and spoke harshly to me. She put me out of the store and I did nothing but spoke to a staff member. When asked why she was talking rudely to be she asked me to leave the store. I did nothing wrong but was treated like a criminal. I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed by the service. As long as she is there working, I will never walk in that store again. I called customer service at GAP and nothing has been done. GAP should be ashamed of how they treated customers. I felt this manager was being biased and profiled me because of my skin color. She did not know me and I didn't know her but she asked me to leave. Gap is known for racial discrimination. I found this out today when visiting this location!!!

DKNY has moved! The…read morestore moved from the second level to the first level.  The space seems to be larger and it is definitely brighter and more inviting! The merchandise has been expanded, it looks like there is more men's items than before. However,  all of the men's clothing is in the back behind a partition. It is not visible from outside or even the front of the store. Don't forget to check out the clearance corner at the back of the store,  I've found some great deals there!

The store was so clean, organize, and it has a nice interior that really makes the whole store beautiful to the point that I was encouraged to go inside. There have a variety of selection of nice clothes for men and women. I like the style and design of their clothes and it has fair and reasonable prices too. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. There is a selection where the deals are found and I literally got many items from it. It was such a nice experience and I love everything I bought. They're at least worth a look and they aren't covered with the cringy signature C. I really love the travel backpack. It's well constructed and one of the best I've ever purchased. It'll be a favorite for a long time. I also love the skirt I bought. It is constructed so well and fits beautifully. It's fully lined and a classic style that will never go out of style.
