Nautical bowls is one of my faves! They make fresh and tasty smoothies and bowls. The service is incredible and the store itself is soooo cute and the perfect spot for Instagram worthy pics! The parking lot is a little tight but it's worth it :)

It was so easy to order the bowls on their website, so they were ready for us when we arrived; the hardest part was deciding which bowl to order! They have an extensive menu, as well as the option to build your own. We went with the Nauti Bowl & Surf Bowl, and both were so fresh and delicious! The staff was very friendly, too, and I thought the little note on our to-go bag was a nice touch. We can't wait to come back to try some of the other options!

This was one of the best smoothie bowls i have a had in a while. The flavor's meshed really well together. The people inside were nice and very helpful when we needed help choosing. Easy to find and a good amount of parking. It did take awhile to get it though. We waited about 20 mins just for the bowl, but there was just one lady working and an online order came in right before so it was bad timing. I will for sure go back and try more options.

I'm dropping a star from my initial review. Today during my visit, I ordered a Dinghy sized Nauti Bowl, and the cashier said they were out of Peanut Butter, and asked if I wanted Almond Butter instead, and I said sure. Well, on my receipt, I see they up-charged me an extra dollar to sub the Almond Butter. Also, there were no paper towels in the bathroom, and lastly, they were blasting Country music inside the store and I hate Country ... Grrrrr!!!! Every time I come here, the owner Meena is never here to supervise, and the kids running the place are not maintaining it to proper standards. It's no longer as good as it was during my initial review ... but it's still pretty good ... Cheers!

Why was this the BEST smoothie bowl I've ever had!? The blue base is so frickin good I could eat that everyday! Also loved the boat theme they have going on. 10000/10

I have two sisters who live in Florida who are surrounded by smoothie places. I was so excited to have one open up in Bridgeville. The vibe is cute and beachy and you truly feel like you're right at the beach. The bowls are expensive but the staff is happy to accommodate your needs. The bowls are delicious and made right in front of you and quite tasty. I was extra excited to find out about these perks - soy free - plant based - gluten free - no refined sugars - organic and all natural ingredients I really did have a lot of energy after eating mine and can't wait to go back. Didn't beat the Florida shops but this is the best I've had in PA.

SO GOOD! There are 3 different sizes: Dinghy (12oz), Cruiser (14oz), and Yacht (24oz). I got the Dinghy Sunrise Bowl and it was fantastic. The Blue Majik and Pitaya bases were different but they worked so well together, both super sweet and fruity. The granola added a nice crunch which I love in smoothie bowls. The service was good - younger staff that seems like they're still learning but I'm sure it'll get better as it's open longer. The atmosphere is welcoming and they have cute surfboard tables with other decor that makes you feel like you're at the lake! I got mine to go and there was a hand written note and drawings on the bag which was really cute! The containers are very sturdy so you don't feel like you need to hold onto it the whole ride home. There are so many different bowls to try, so I'm eager to go back and try more! Definitely recommend!!!

Nautical Bowl-Yacht Build Your Own Bowl - 24 oz

I have absolutely loved Nautical Bowls since they opened and am a very frequent orderer; however, my recent experience has left me very disappointed and likely not to return. I purchased a build your own yacht bowl through uber eats and when I received it, I was shocked at the difference compared to all of the other times I have ordered. The bowl was barely filled 3/4 full, very meager portions and nothing at all like what I have previously received. The bowl itself through uber eats cost approximately $24 ...closer to $32 with tax and tip. This is not a $24 bowl. I feel like I just threw money away. I called and spoke with an employee at the store, who informed me that they have been given new instructions to not fill the bowl as full with the bases to allow room for toppings. Well, considering my bowl did have toppings and still looked ridiculous, I can't see how this is a good business practice. I asked to speak to a manager but she was unavailable. Unfortunately my love of nautical bowls will have to shift elsewhere because I will not be returning and paying such high prices for so little.

My açaí bowl was absolutely fantastic! The ingredients were wonderfully prepared and tasted incredibly fresh and delicious.

Not only is there such a wide variety of tasty food at the Whole Foods buffet, but you actually feel healthy eating it, and you can make it highly nutritious. You can get excited about the salads, or the roasted vegetables, or the orange chicken, or even that herb feta that you can quite frankly put on anything and everything. The way they make their orange chicken is honestly my favorite. I'm not usually someone who gets excited about orange chicken, but the way they do it here (it's just amazing) and hard to beat. I also love that I can mix together a bunch of healthy salads at once, and I really appreciate the flavor profiles and the freshness (it just elevates the whole experience). I'm honestly forever inspired by this place. It makes me want to look up recipes, learn how different flavors go together, and experiment on my own. It's as much a learning experience as it is a health experience. Anyway, I know it's not cheap, but for me, it's still really worth it. It's consistently something that makes me feel "renewed" so I'm going to keep it as a part of the routine as long as I can afford it. Another cool perk is that if you're a Prime member, you get 5% back if you use your Chase/Whole Foods/Amazon setup. And honestly, the customer service at Chase Bank is the best, and Prime is convenient, so it all just goes together; and while I realize they're kind of taking over the world right now (they are), they're doing it in a way that works for me, so it is what it is. Also, the kale salads (people really need to understand how good kale can be when it's done right) are nothing short of life changing and it can give you the inspiration you need to make it yourself. In addition to the hot bar, they also have specialty items I can only really find here (like Pacha bread, seed crackers, unsweetened coconut yogurt, broccoli greens, organic baby kale greens, and a bunch of other unique, healthy options that are honestly really exciting). That said, baseline prices are definitely high. For example, tart cherry juice at Whole Foods is literally around $14, whereas at Target (across the street) it's more like $5. So it's one of those things where you kind of have to go back and forth and be strategic about what you buy where. Let's face it, Whole Foods is not leading the world in cheap prices. Because it's pricey, you do have to be real and shop at other grocery stores when you can, but every time I go, I can't help myself from getting at least a little bit of the buffet food if it's open, because that's really where it's at.

Disclaimer, I'm not a regular shopper at Fresh Thyme Market - not because the store is bad per se,…read morebut because it's pricey. Fresh Thyme is an organic food supermarket chain, so I'll stop in occasionally to see what's new and/or to treat myself to some "fancy" groceries. Because of the cost of their items though, I'll shop here for supplemental goodies after getting my main haul elsewhere. (For me, Aldi and Trader Joe's are stops #1 and #2. Places like this, Giant Eagle, and The Fresh Market are where I go "just because" or when I want to splurge on groceries.) When I do stop in I always explore the baked goods and frozen foods - usually there are items and brands in these sections that aren't at other stores. (A lot of items are gluten free, too, which I know makes a difference to a lot of people.) I generally skip the produce and deli sections; the selections in both are decent but I can find these things elsewhere for less. And here's something I've never had to say about a grocery store before: I ALWAYS walk right past their supplements section, which is (in my opinion) unnecessarily large. I could talk at length about my problems with how supplements are (not) managed in America, so before I bog down my own review we'll move right along! Final thoughts: their selection is fine, and in theory it's great that they sell a variety of "healthy" things. In practice though, the food products are overpriced, and there are enough vitamins and supplements on sale that I almost question whether or not this should be classified as a grocery store. While I'll pop in and out of here occasionally, I'll never be a regular shopper.

All items are made without preservatives meaning you must consume them within 1-2 days or otherwise freeze them I had previously had his vegan brownie which was outstanding so this visit I purchased a chocolate chip pumpkin bread, a Cuban coffee cake, and two fried pies. Since my son is vegan I normally buy for him so he can enjoy these treats however, I got the pumpkin bread for myself. The pumpkin bread was sealed with a food sealer so when I got it home I dove into it. You can taste the chocolate chips in it and the bread is so soft and so moist that you would hardly know it was vegan. My son previously had one of Noel's buckeye brownies and a Chai cupcake. He thoroughly enjoyed them. In a city where there is little vegan places Mami's bakes certainly fills the bill here. Noel has been to Vegfest to promote his baked goods. I've been thoroughly pleased with my purchases up to now and am looking forward to seeing his Christmas offerings. Mami's bakes has an online ordering sit where you can place your food orders.
