I can't believe I came across a Joe & The Juice in Pennsylvania! What a pleasant surprise. I've seen Joe & The Juice on social media in areas like NY and DC and have always had it in the back of my mind as a place to try. This location was in terminal B at Pittsburgh International Airport. I wanted to try the Tunacado sandwich but they were out of avocado so I opted for the Spicy Tuna. The bread was crispy and toasted nicely, the tuna inside had a kick without being too overpowering. The sandwich is enough to fill you up without needing a side. I enjoyed it immensely and can't wait to get my hands on the Tunacado next time. I didn't know how filling the juices were so I asked for a bottled water. The juices sounded healthy and refreshing, though. The pink sandwich boxes are adorable and truly one of the main reasons why I wanted to visit. So glad I can finally say I tried a sandwich from Joe & The Juice! read more

Whole meal was 20 dollars, so I can't give it points for value. However, the matcha (unsweetened) was great. You could taste that quality matcha powder was used. The avocado sandwich was crispy, cheesy, savory and refreshing all at once. I maybe would have had a little more salt/ seasoning on the crispy bread, but the rest was delicious. Okay, so I recently came back to this Joe and the Juice location while traveling. I had another Joe and the Juice experience while visiting Miami. I decided to get the same thing that I got in Miami which is the Avo Shake. The Avo shake is vanilla milk, ice, avocado, and banana. It's super creamy and not too sweet. I think I found my go-to. The staff were very nice and they made my shake quickly. It's a small space since it's in the airport but it still feels roomy enough for a group of people to order and wait for their food/drink. read more

Tunacado- i was pleasantly surprised that this was not too tuna-y! I like tuna, but never order it out because this is a fear- fishy tuna or soggy mayo salad. This sandwich is dill forward. The tomato was a nice touch, sliced thin so it complemented well. Also really enjoyed the seedy bread and would love to be able to purchase that alone. Herb Tonic- a guy who tried the drink told the person behind the counter it was "spicy but creamy" and that's exactly what it is! Really great flavors. I was happy to have been able to add the whey+collagen too I would be open to trying other items here if I had the opportunity. read more

So excited to see a Joe and the Juice at the airport! I always like the choice of a healthy option while traveling. I ordered the Pick Me Up juice ($9.40) and Eggcado Bowl ($5.80). The Pick Me Up juice was disappointing because it was more of a smoothie than a juice. It was frozen and blended, which I did not enjoy because I find it harder to drink than a smooth, cold-pressed juice. However, it still had good flavor. The Eggcado Bowl I thought was a good price for what you get, but did lack flavor. read more

I NEVER leave poor reviews but our experience was so bad. We got two açaí bowls with protein powder added. First issue- there was no other person in the restaurant and our bowls took about 10 minutes. While I can understand if there's a rush, the girls working were just yapping away while only one girl was doing all of the work. It should have been a lot quicker considering everyone after us got their food significantly faster than we did. Second issue- we ordered the bowl with protein powder. Instead of mixing it in, they just put it on top, so we had to mix in the protein powder to a frozen açaí bowl. It was impossible to do. If we knew it came this way we would not have ordered it. read more

Joe, I don't know who you are, but why am I still thinking about you now that I am back home? My daughter and I came across Joe & The Juice while heading back home from Pittsburgh airport. We wanted to to-go a quick bite for our plane ride back, and were drawn to their attractive looking lattes. We both ordered our iced lattes. Daughter got a blueberry and I got their iced lavender latte. Not only were they aesthetically pleasing, they were GOOD. But what topped off our quick trip to Joe & The Juice was not their drinks, but their sandwiches. I ordered their turkey sandwich and daughter ordered the avocado. Their packaging was so pretty in a chic little pink box, I was originally disappointed to find a thin little sandwich inside. But the more bites I took, omg the sandwich was delicious! I think the magic of it is their crunchy thin toast. SO delicious! Daughter thought the same, and we are still talking about it back at home. My only problem is that Joe is located so far from home lol. I will be back next time I go to Pittsburgh airport for that sandwich. And possibly try their juice next time as well :) read more

First of all, the pink coffee cups are to die for. Literally SO cute. I was visiting my family in Pittsburgh for the weekend and I kept saying "I have to go to Joe and the Juice as soon as I get to the airport!!" There's just something about this charming litte place that makes you want to sit there when you walk through Pitt airport. The coffee I got wasn't the best ( a latte, I think? or maybe cappuccino) but I mainly went for the vibes and to kill some time here while waiting for my flight. I took the red eye into PGH at 5AM and this was the closest coffee option. Ultimately I did not get my coffee but not for lack of trying. Staff didn't seem to care either way. Limited Menu - unclear whether this is due to supply chain issues or employee choice but it seemed the only options available were the ones that required the least amount of work ie black coffee. Employee was not great about explaining what was available, only to say that several things that I tried to order weren't. No suggestions made to try to find a comparable item. Touchless payments only - I finally ordered some kind of coffee only to be unable to pay for my order because their system wouldn't recognize my card. You can't use cash or swipe your card or use the chip, and tapping my card has worked elsewhere. But when it wouldn't pickup on my card, the staff just kind of shrugged at me so I said to cancel my order and went elsewhere. TIP: They do have the option to download their app and order there, if you're willing to jump through all those hoops. But the app doesn't necessarily know what menu items aren't available, so the person behind me in line ran into even more issues after paying for things they couldn't give her. read more

Oh Joe I just left your shop. I ordered two drinks here (some call me a drink goblin). I got a cold brew with almond milk, and asked if this was nitro (i hate nitro) and a small juice called stay away doc. The girl was not interested in taking my order, or answering any questions and this was clear by her annoyed tone and limited responses. She also made me repeat my order, repeat my questions twice, and being more interested in talking to the two guys who'd already ordered in their construction vests as indicated by visible looking at them and paying attention to them over the customer in front of her. She was so concerned with their order that she completely forgot another woman's order. Overall I loved the coffee, I think the juice was delicious although appeared a little watered down and was definitely expensive as juice usually is. I typically tip my barista, although due to the lack of acknowledgement and annoyed ton, I opted out. Sorry Joe. I accepted the offer of upgrading the Turkey with avocado, an appreciated gesture. Service was prompt and thoughtful today, which is a contrast to what a few other reviewers experienced. Lots of skill in preparing the sandwich, beginning with slicing the panini bread. As I watched, he toasted the bread, sliced it, then added the ingredients. It didn't go back in the press after that, which seemed to me to keep things fresh, though at the expense of "toastiness", I suppose. I stopped by here this past Monday by myself for a coffee while waiting for a fight. This was actually the second time that I had stopped at Joe & the Juice at PIT. It is a relatively new coffee shop in the B concourse at the airport and the first time that I noticed it was in Dec although it may have been there a bit earlier. The stop itself looks different than most of the other places in the airport and consists of a counter to order your drinks and a bunch of seating. Both times that I was here the service was quick and efficient. The first time I ordered a 16 oz latte and this last time I ordered a 16 oz oatdrink latte. What is nice about Joe & the Juice is that they seem concerned about their customers allergies and the non diary "milks" such as my oatdrink are included in the price. Both of the lattes I have had here were good and on this last one there was a nice balance between the richness of the coffee and the oatdrink and I could easily taste both. The bottom line for me is that I will head back here again in the future. My lattes here have both been good and I think this is going to become my new go to place for coffee while at the airport. read more

Located near gate B 30, this little spot offers all kinds of vegan smoothies, acia bowls and even a grilled avocado sandwich. The vegan pesto is almost swoon-worthy.
