I had no idea, I was TOLD to go there by PT. I explained that. He talked over me, was rude & said he didn't care what I was told, he wouldn't put it through. I was so embarrassed. It was because of my diagnosis & insurance. But it was his tone, them laughing in the back & how it was handled. They are awful & even if I were paying out of pocket would NEVER give them my business. SHAME on you! You don't treat sick people like that, not anybody.
