I am RN of 30 years and I've worked in almost every level of care; I feel compelled to write a…read morereview for this medical establishment. I am absolutely surprised that there are not any reviews yet. I am new to the Navarre area and have chosen NOT to get traditional medical insurance. I happened to notice that this practice was just a couple of blocks away and completed an initial visit via telehealth to get acquainted. Today I had my first in person visit. I am pleasantly surprised at the holistic approach .. obviously physical, but also emotional and spiritual. I was asked questions that no other primary care physician has ever asked. They are open and engaging along with being affordable to meet your healthcare needs. Especially as RN, I have been looking for a healthcare provider that I can trust and confide in. Nurses often do not have trusting access to care because we tend to work with the individuals that we have to divulge all of our information to. This puts us at an EXTREME disadvantage and many nurses simply do not follow up because of it. I can say that over the years I've done my research regarding nutrition, mental health, and different physical ailments AND I do not claim to know everything... But I can say they were very knowledgeable, able to fill in the gaps and even initiated a request for prayer at the end of our first visit if I so wished. I do believe healthcare is moving more toward establishments like this because of all the drama in the medical insurance industry. I choose not to be part of that. So if you would like to address your body and mind in a holistic and non-judgmental way... this location in Navarre is the way to go! I understand that not everyone has a positive experience in situations like this... Your expectations are what they are. BUT if you are open minded and you're looking for a way to address your health in an innovative way... it is worth a try!! I wish WELLNESS to all that read this review no matter where you go to find it. I am super excited of what's to come. Nurses especially tend to be very noncompliant, but I am all in! Kudos!! Now if I can find a dentist!

He was not in room and seem for nearly 3 hrs. Once seen did not listen. Barely touched foot said cellulitis and left. My husband had other questions which he was informed she's already with another patient and doesn't have time to come back. So he went home to start antibiotics. Several days later no improvement, can't walk, can't sleep missing work. I finally get him an appt with a dr. He walks in says you do not have cellulitis you have severe attack of gout. Gave him a shot of steroids with a rx for oral steroids. He started showing improvement that evening and slept all night for first time in 10days. 2 days later he still has a limp but can walk. Not only was my husband misdiagnosed and lost 2 full weeks of work the level of care at this facility is seriously lacking. I should have realized my the horrible reviews but being new I didn't know where else to turn.

BEWARE THESE FOLKS ARE PREDATORS!!!…read more They billed $14,000.00 for a CT Scan which anyone can get for between $280-$423 (source radiologyassist.com). When we ask the billing department if this was right, this was their reply... "As far as the pricing of the scan , the charge amount is accurate. Baptist Health Care works with a consultant annually to review our prices. Prices are established based on our costs, market and payer." This is simply criminal.

I came in voluntarily for the inpatient mental health program with one goal: to find hope again. By the end of my 30 days, I had not only found hope and an incredible sense of community, but I also discovered things about myself I didn't even know were there. Most importantly, I left loving myself more than ever before. The admissions process was very thorough and friendly. I never once felt judged, singled out, or as if anyone was indifferent. Instead, I felt cared for, accepted, and loved for who I am without judgment. The nursing staff was extremely helpful and supportive. They made sure I never missed my medications and were always attentive to my needs. The tech team was also incredibly friendly and helpful. I have a service dog, and they made sure both my dog and I were well taken care of. They were always willing to go the extra mile. The therapists and counselors were some of the best people I have ever met. They truly go out of their way to make sure you feel heard. There were times when I felt anxious and even wanted to leave, but they always helped me work through it and made things feel more manageable. They offer open hours every weekday morning for a full hour in case you need extra support, and even if your therapist is unavailable, they still make sure you are not sent away without help. Every morning there are also process groups that last about an hour and a half, where you can openly share what you're going through. This helped me feel supported and also allowed my therapist to better understand how to help me. The kitchen staff was very kind, and while some meals were better suited to my taste than others, they always offered alternative meal options and were very accommodating to individual needs. The nutritionist was also a great resource. One of the best parts of the experience was the people I met. Spending 24/7 with others who truly understand what you are going through creates bonds that feel like family. These are friendships I still maintain outside of treatment. I also completed IOP there, which helped make my transition from inpatient to outpatient care much easier and far less overwhelming. At first, it can be scary, but it truly gets better. There will always be good and bad days, but it works if you work it. I recommend that everyone seek for treatment regardless if you are that level or not, not leaving it until it's too late.

When I needed to have active support, ya'll were there, and when I needed time to decompress, ya'll made sure I was safe. The activities, like basketball, cornhole, yoga, kayaking, and beach time were refreshing in between thought-provoking classes and good meals. Shout-outs: Case Manager Jason- for his warm welcome and deeply caring demeanor that made me feel protected anytime I was in his office. Therapist Joel- for ART and flexibility and creating a safe space for me to process and work through trauma and his positive expression about me as a person that is not what I've received in the past from some people in the military. Facilitators- Jason for his encouragement to break out of my shell and relatability, Dorotha for the personality info and compassion in classes, Julie for her straight forward advice, Isis for her calm and content influence to the atmosphere, and Dan for his EQ and IQ and making space for me to cry when I needed to in a process group. Lynn was always sweet. Kara and Jamie had wonderful Yoga classes and unique personalities that made me smile big to have the opportunity to be around them. Techs- Justin, Kristi, Leslie, Harry, Dean, and so many others! Medical staff who were patient with everyone and diligent in their roles.
