Golden roasted beets with a little olive oil and Navid pomegranate vinegar. Oh my gosh so delicious
    Lea G.

Stopped in to this lovely shop while I was waiting for a friend in Camas to have lunch. It is so inviting and warm. Let's talk oils and vinegars. So many delightful items. I went home with a garlic olive oil, which is so tasty I have used it in my Caesar dressing so far. The one that I bought that I had not used before, pomegranate balsamic vinegar. I have to tell you this is delicious and fantastic. I also used it on a piece of grilled chicken breast. Hey finishing touch. Delicious! The owner of the business is so knowledgeable and very kind. They have small bottles of their items. You can grab one for around eight dollars and try it out at home. Believe me you will go back. This place is located right next to the bagel shop in Camas.

Interesting little shop. Just trying to support the local businesses around camas. I love olive oil and vinegar so I'm excited to try the ones I purchased. $5.50 each tiny bottle. They also carry different salts, spices and teas Following guidelines, so unfortunately no tasting. Very friendly

Very excited to receive my shipment of Navidi's olive oil, black truffle oil and the bonus treat of chocolate caramel sauce. High quality oils, delicious for cooking. And prompt shipping in great condition. Thank you!

A nice place to browse olive oils and loose leaf teas. I really enjoy the chocolate chai tea that they stock.

Tried the blueberry balsamic lemonade at camas days. Amazingly tart, and perfectly balanced. Can't wait to check out the store front.

What I loved the most was the ivast variety of balsamic vinegars and olive oils with filling stations located in the center of the store. Once you select the flavor or varietal, you fill a bottle, which come in three sizes. I'm a huge fan and user of olive oils and can't wait to try several of the flavors. Seriously impressive! They even come in gift boxes so pick some up for hostess gives. Everyone always brings a bottle of wine but I prefer bringing a bottle of fine olive oil as it lasts way past the at night and the hostess can enjoy for many weeks. They even have cooking classes, which I hope will continue during these never ending Covid days. i will definitely going to sign up. Live cooking various cuisines and taking a class is the best way to get familiar with spice combinations and techniques. Staff is super helpful and friendly but not in any way pushy. Prices are very reasonable for such high quality items which is an added bonus. Will make this a definite stop any time i am in downtown Hood River. As a fine chocolate lover it is nearly impossible to find decent chocolate in Hood River anywhere close to 80% cacao and this store does not help. The tea selection was dreary and void of much originality. Pros: They do have a seemingly extensive variety of olive oil so if that's what your into -you would probably like this place. They also have kitchen wares that were reasonably priced.

This cozy, well-appointed, and neat shop is stocked full of specialty olive oils, wines, local refrigerated pizza dough, and other items to concoct a snazzy charcuterie or dinner. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My partner and I chose similar sandwiches. I got the mostrazzo and he got the muffaletta. Both were delicious and packed with mortadella. Note: there's no real seating inside except for one small tall round table and a counter which can accommodate 2-3 people. Since those were full, we opted to sit outside where there were a few adorable red bistro tables. There are also a handful of small picnic tables. It was all in the shade on a cold, windy day, so we ate half of our sandwiches and boogied on to enjoy the rest later. A delightful do-over!

There's also a small deli at the back where you can get different meats sliced to order. I've always enjoyed shopping at Camas Market and appreciate what they bring to our community…read more I see it differently than a traditional grocery store. To me, it's a specialty market with a thoughtfully curated selection of products, including Eastern European specialties, Russian and Ukrainian foods, imported goods, and an incredible assortment of pastries, cakes, cookies, and sweets that are difficult to find elsewhere. As for concerns about expired products, I can only speak from my own experience. A while back, an employee actually caught an out-of-date item during checkout before I even noticed it. They immediately removed it from the shelf, apologized, and offered me a discount on a replacement item. What impressed me wasn't that a mistake had happened, but that they took responsibility and made it right. No market is perfect, and occasionally an item may slip through from a distributor or be overlooked. What matters to me is how a business responds when an issue is brought to their attention. In my experience, Camas Market has always been gracious, responsive, and committed to taking care of its customers. I continue to shop there because I value the unique products, the wonderful bakery selection, the sense of discovery, and the people behind the counter who genuinely seem to care about the store and the community they serve. Not every market needs to compete on size or price. Sometimes it's enough to offer something unique, welcoming, and worth coming back for.
