All oils and vinegars are available for sampling, as well as a sizeable selection of salts and seasonings. There are also pasta sauces and noodles, chocolates, olives and other pickled vegetables, mustards, jellies, and similar culinary accoutrement. Among my wife's favorites were several fruit-based balsamic vinegars which, when mixed with soda water, create some tasty, low-calorie beverages that also are great for treating the persistent heartburn and indigestion she was experiencing during pregnancy. Considering my other favorite oil and vinegar shop is a five-hour drive away in Leavenworth, having Navidi's in our backyard is a blessing, and a guaranteed regular stop for us throughout the year.
