Shipped product to our client 2 times and billed us 2 times, playing HELL to get the extra charge removed from our account; when it was clearly their mistake. 6 month to ship product. I have been a loyal customer of Navitor for over 10 years. I have very seldom had any issues with any of their products and they were always quick to correct any issues quickly. Until the last six weeks. Talk about one issue after another. I have had four sets of announcements printed upside down on the inside. A set of envelopes that had the flap imprint printed on the front center of the envelope, stamps that were not produced and doubled on another imprint. I tried to give them ONE more chance to do an announcement for one of my customers. What a mistake. They supposedly redid it for me, and granted there was no shipping via UPS yesterday (MLK day), however why not send it via FedEx (which DID deliver yesterday). Why not overnight it? It is 3:30 in the afternoon and I am still waiting for UPS - which looks like UPS has lost my package. Just a complete tragedy of events and makes me look like a complete incompetent to my customers. Our previous printing company for checks, deposit tickets and envelopes merged with Navitor. We were with them for more than 20 years. Their service was AWESOME! Since they merged with Navitor our orders are taking more than 2 months to be processed & shipped. Before the merger they were shipping out within 7 business days. Do yourself and your clients a favor, do NOT use Navitor! read more

I can say in all honesty that this is the worst company I have worked with in my two years of business operation. I own and operate a small print shop and had used navitor to outsource two orders. The first order was for name tags. Instead of name tags they sent me another customers used, broken and LEAKING return. A cardboard box full of ink! It took several weeks to get the name badges that I ordered and even then I had to fight customer service to get them. They had them marked as shipped and received and accused me of trying to get a second set. I gave them a second chance to print some promotional materials for my customer with drop shipping. I was quoted a price and immediately sent to their collections department. I received several calls with demand for payment, I had not yet even accepted the quote. They kept asking me to resize my file (that was the correct size) which delayed my order's production even though they knew it had to be at my customer's location within two weeks. They then claimed they could not produce the order because I hadn't paid. I had paid. They agreed in the end after another delay that I had paid. They asked if I wanted overnight shipping. Instead of waiting for a response they charged a card of mine they had on file without authorization for nearly 400 dollars. 300 dollars of which was for shipping. Instead of sending the order to my customer in Las Vegas they sent it to me in New Hampshire. Another delay. NOT a company I would recommend doing business with when there are so many more companies that treat their customers with care and respect. read more

I would never recommend this company. Everything went downhill and their customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. I've placed many orders with them and faced consistent issues with color accuracy on reorders despite using the same file. Their customer service blames customers and doesn't honor their 'color guarantee' that's predominately displayed on their site. Constant quality issues, annoying runarounds with customer service, and a cumbersome website make it not worth the hassle. Better printers with superior service are available elsewhere. read more

I have used navitor online with no problem for years. Once I needed a custom quote, everything went in the trash. I received three different prices for the same product, nobody on the phone was consistent, they continuously didn't update the shipping address, and I received no order number to move forward with. I have clients needing envelopes, which seems pretty simple, and it is taking almost a month to order. read more

The customer service is absolutely horrid. I have been working with the company for 12 years, and in the last year started using them more because of our other vendors closing due to Covid. Needless to say, I am currently searching for new vendors. The web-site is extremely hard to use, and the customer service employees typically have no information about orders you have placed online. Either, the computer programming is not up to par, or the employees themselves do not have training or knowledge to have the correct information. I would NOT suggest using this company if you would like to have any sort of customer service included with your order. That is just not a service this company provides. read more

I have been using Navitor for over 10 years. Very disappointed with my experience today. I made a mistake & uploaded 1 card design out of 4 card designs. To stop the order it would be $60.00! Their NEW fee to stop anything is $15 per piece, so because I ordered 4 cards together it would be $60.00 not $15.00. I get it, it takes time but that is a bit excessive. So no one would help, I was told it would be better to let the order go through & reorder the 1 card again with the correct art, it came out to $57.00 with shipping. Just watch out for any mistakes on your end because they will not help. I liked their quick turn around but I will be using another company from now on. This company has a blurb on their website about how good their customer service is. Not true! I've been dealing with this company for the last 7 years because this is the vendor of choice for this product at the company I work for. I don't order a lot, it's not a very desired product (timeslips/post its) however, I think I've only had one order go through successfully. They make a lot of mistakes in printing. I also had an issue where they would receive my order and they would have 'a question' about it, even though everything was right there on the order form but never called me to ask me to confirm. I'd call to follow up and find out where the order was and they wouldn't be able to find it. So after a conference call with a manager, they promised to send me confirmations as soon as they received the order and also when the order ships. That has never happened. I just placed another order on the 2nd, still hadn't received a confirmation, even though I specified that I needed one. Sent a follow up email on the 3rd...still no response. I called them today and I was informed that the order had been placed on hold because they no longer offer that quantity. I could maybe understand if they hadn't called me on the day I sent in the order, but they should have at least called me by the 3rd. read more
