I'm truly sad to see how low they've sunk, but you can bet I'm going to do my best to tell at least 100 people and themm then some. These days there are too many choices of banking options especially when the people I talk to there are extremely rude!! When I left the farm and hit the highway for the big city of Denton back in 2005, I was "Mr. Low Credit No Credit." I needed a bank account for this strange, new world, and 1st CB came through. Today, so many years later, I could bank somewhere else, but I would rather not. It is, as it's name suggests, convenient. They have 7 days a week hours, and even most holidays. They may not be open before work, but they are open well after. It's so wonderful knowing that I can bank at times that are conducive to work. Particularly, this location has a wonderful staff from management to the tellers, I haven't a single negative thing to say.

I had another terrible customer experience today at the branch on Glade and Heritage. I have been a…read morecustomer of Chase for over 40 years. I tried to cash a check that was written on an account that was also a Chase account. (a major state governmental entity). There is more than enough in my account to cover the check I was trying to cash. This has happened before and makes me believe the branch staff is incompetent or just lying to me. When I spoke to management I found them to be rude, they interrupted me and were non-responsive to my questions. This is a bold statement, but consider the fact that when I went to another Chase branch the check was cashed without and issue. If there was something actually wrong with the check why did they cash it? I have had several other customer service failures at this Branch. If you must do business with Chase you should avoid this branch at all costs!!!! I also use Frost Bank where customer service is actually a part of their corporate culture. In fact, Frost Bank has award winning service. The tellers are polite and the managers are outstanding. The contrast is like night and day.

Didn't want to sit around for an extended period to make adjustments at this location when they couldn't keep enough staff on hand to handle more than one person at a time. There were 5 other offices inside that were furnished, but the lights were off and no one else was around. If you have deposits, hit the drive through, inside, it's dark and unwelcoming and there is only one person to help with anything administrative.

I have a business account with them and instead of driving to this location, I have to drive to Grapevine to take care of transactions because this branch doesn't know how to process what I need. I tried for 6 months to get a statement for my business account but because I paid ahead they weren't sending me a statement. I ended up putting a complaint in with the BBB and finally it hit the fan and I got a call from corporate who supposedly straightened it out. I got one statement last month and paid it. So thinking it was all straightened out I went on about my life. Tonight I'm sitting here going over my books for May and I'll be dang if I missed the dang payment because they didn't send me a flipping statement. No statement, no email, no text...nothing! Their online banking is the most antiquated system I've ever seen. It's like time warping back to the 90's. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this bank, both branch and overall company all together.
