Took my 2018 Toyota in 12 days ago because my lift gate would not open. Joel/Will told me the…read morestruts had gone out. Asked me to leave my car and it would be ready in two days. Friday afternoon called as I hadn't heard a word. Will told me they had the wrong struts, had to order them from KY and it would be five days. Tried to contact Joel/Will to have the drink holder in the middle row replaced, I mean why not, they were going to have the car for another week. Never got a call back. Another week goes by, no communication. Communication is NOT Pat Lobb Service's strong suit, neither is customer service. Called Wednesday to find out when my car was going to be done. I use the tollways for work and when the girl gave me the loaner she said that any tolls would be billed back to my car, not that there was a built in toll tag. Left a message for Joel/Will to please call me so I knew how long to move my toll tag to the loaner; still waiting on that call. Called 10 days after dropping it off and couldn't get a hold of Joel/Will, asked to talk to service manager, David. Said he'd check into what was going on and get back with me; that was Friday morning, not a peep. Did I mention communication is NOT their strong suit? They finally called me Saturday morning at 10:45 to tell me my car was done. Here's a funny story about communication. When I Googled Pat Lobb to call them I dialed the first number that populated, asked to speak to Bill and got VM; no surprise there. As I hung up I thought Freeman Toyota, that's not who I wanted. Guess what? Less than 60 minutes after I left that message, Bill from FREEMAN TOYOTA called me back. He was concerned that they had allowed something to fall through the crack. I apologized, explained my error and we parted ways. I was so impressed with Bill and Freeman Toyota I called to speak with the manager, Dusty. Guess what? Dusty called me back. Pat Lobb - 0 / Freeman - 2. The morale of the story: Pat Lobb will not ever win back my business because they do not understand customer service and communication. I will make the long trek to Freeman Toyota because they understand what GREAT customer service means!

I had to get a recall done on my vehicle at the dealership and it was honestly kinda a nightmare…read more Firstly, let me emphasize, my technician/consultant/whatever their title is, Gustavo, was very friendly and helpful, and easy to work with. His actions are the reason it's 3 stars and not 1. The biggest issue was the wait time. It was supposed to take around 3 hours, it took 5 and a half. Unfortunately they lost my phone number and had to communicate to me through my husband as the middle man while he was at work, so I knew little to nothing when I wasn't physically there. They upsold me on a tire rotation and balancing, and a week later I had to replace 2 tires because we found a huge bulge of them and nobody had exact tires to replace just one with, so after spending nearly $300 on tire care there alone, we had to spend another $300 (and more to come due to the replacements being crap but that has nothing to do with the dealership). I would recommend any business that makes their customer wait almost 2x the estimated wait time for their service to at least offer a discount on the present service, a complimentary future service, or something. I won't be coming back to any toyota dealership if I can help it at this rate. TLDR: The people are friendly, prepare to pay out the nose, wait an insane amount of time, and say no to upsells. Do what you need and get out.

I want to share a 5 star review about my experience with the service team here at Autonation. I've…read morehad my vehicle since 2022 and Joe and Jorge usually help me during my appointments. From the point of scheduling and getting a quote for the services, to them having the patience to explain the work that my car needs, I have always walked away feeling treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. I'm thankful for this team and would highly recommend this location for all your service needs. The waiting area is also very comfortable and they are fair in their pricing and not pushy when I genuinely cannot afford certain recommendations on the same visit. Thank you for making my car owning a little bit easier. It's already hard enough just making car payments , paying car insurance and maintenance. I'm blessed to have a safe place I can take my vehicle to get the maintenance needed without feeling ripped off or spoken to in a condescending manner because I'm a woman. Thank you autonation family!

Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. After going back and forth for 2 days with…read morethe manager about purchasing a used truck I agreed on the purchase. I drove 4 hours from Houston to be there first thing in the morning how we had agreed and had an appointment set up at 9:30 am. Come to find out they sold the truck the night before. I spent money on hotel and travel just to go pick this truck up they could have atleast had the courtesy to hold the truck till morning how we had agreed. They definitely do not care about customer service. The only person I don't have nothing bad to say about was the salesman Jose Arcos. He did everything in his power to get me in the truck. Management is the total opposite. Made me run my credit even after pulling an 800+ credit score they managed to give me this horrible experience. Hopefully this gets up to their corporate office and see who they have managing these dealerships and focus on customer service

I negotiated the price…read moreon a specific vehicle online, and within minutes the advertised price was reduced to the amount we had agreed on. Later I was told they had "the same vehicle" with only 54 miles, so I made the trip to the dealership ready to purchase it. Unfortunately, it was not equipped the same. After the purchase, I realized it lacked the sunroof and premium wood interior trim that the original vehicle had. I take responsibility for not catching those differences before signing, but I also feel they should have been clearly pointed out since I specifically came for the original vehicle. The salesperson was handling multiple customers at once and I never felt like I received personal attention during such a major purchase. I also had to take the vehicle to another Alfa Romeo dealership shortly after buying it to have the tires balanced and to get help understanding some of the vehicle's features. I contacted the sales manager hoping to find a solution, but instead felt dismissed. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing vehicle purchases I've experienced. I would encourage future buyers to carefully compare every option and feature before signing anything and not assume two vehicles are equipped the same.

ONE THING THAT MADE THE TRIP EXCEPTIONAL WAS THE COURTESY RIDE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE DEALERSHIP. And that's where the pleasurable experience STOPPED. What should've been a 2 hour transaction, as I had my OWN financing & had selected the vehicle of my choosing; took upwards of 3-4 hours. I experienced a few problems that were quite memorable. Overall, I'm satisfied with the vehicle, but I know better next time how to proceed.
