I wish I could give more than 5 stars!…read more I have been patient in looking to add a kitten/cat to our family and stumbled across Marigold on a fosters Instagram page which prompted me to submit an application. Kat reached out the very next day after reviewing our application and pre approved us. Yelena reached out for all coordination afterwards. Marigold was not even posted on the rescues page but they were so kind and were able to get us in to meet her. The foster mom (and dad) were wonderful and have been doing this for so long (60+ kitties). We instantly fell in love with Marigold and were able to be selected to adopt her (pat on our back for being able to provide a good home). She came from a hoarder home and was lucky to survive from malnutrition. We came back to get her after getting she completed her shots/spayed. Not even 24 hours in, my one year old tabby loves her and she is settling in perfectly. I will say I have had not so great experiences with other rescues in the area and Dirty Little Paws surpassed all expectations! I hope one day I can repay them and foster another baby in need.

I was cut off, accused of wanting to "dump a cat," and spoken to in an unprofessional manner. The experience felt unnecessarily confrontational and upsetting. I can't say enough amazing things about Lovely Hearts! This incredible nonprofit gifted me a trip…read moreto Cambodia, where I had the opportunity to visit breath taking temples and sacred sites while also giving back to the local community. We visited both Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. Able to get a deep dive into the world of Cambodia. One of the most impactful partss of the trip was volunteering at schools, where I got too connect with children and help those who are less fortunate. Seeing the smiles on their faces and experiencing their warmth was truly humbling. Lovely Hearts made sure everything was well organized, from travel logistics to meaningful service opportunities, making this both an eye-opening and deeply fulfilling experience. If you're looking for an organization that truly changes lives....both for volunteers and the people they serve.....Lovely Hearts is it. Thank you for giving me a chance to see the world in a new way. #NonProfit #GiveBack #Cambodia #TravelWithPurpose #LovelyHearts

From the owner: Our Nonprofit is on a mission to bridge communities through education empowerment, community…read moreservice, and purposeful tourism. We help you get engaged in helping your own community with your own talents and strengths, while helping connect you to a bigger world, where you can take a tour with us to Cambodia to help out, building water wells, helping at schools, seeing Temples, and all that your heart desires. We are unique because our tours are individualized with your interests, which is also how we help bridge people with community service. We make sure you have a wonderful, good experience and feel more connected with your community. We raise money to give back to our communities by being hands on. Our goal is to not only empower through learning and education endeavors, but to also help individuals learn more about other helpful programs, while potentially even getting the training and experience you need to apply for a job or to elevate your experience. We try to attend events and street fairs, while making sure our community members feel cared for and connected. Our first year we raised over $13k on our mission. All the money raised was given back to the community. Our current international projects are mostly in Cambodia, where we have build an NGO from the ground up, have set up educational classes at Tiny Toones Cambodia, and we hope to continue expanding. This year, we were already able to gift a volunteer scholarship for an application to help in Cambodia.

She is respectful, professional, and has the biggest heart. But more than anything, she is real. She cares deeply -- not just about the horses, but about the kids and the families who walk through her gate. My son is autistic, and this program has honestly changed his life. I've watched him grow in ways I didn't expect. He lights up when he talks about the horses. He feels proud of himself. He connects. He has built social skills just by being there -- interacting with the other kiddos, learning to communicate, taking turns, sharing space. And it doesn't feel forced. It feels natural. It feels safe. Nicole is gentle, patient, and so understanding. She meets my son exactly where he is without judgment, without pressure. She encourages him in such a calm and nurturing way that he doesn't even realize he's learning -- he just feels supported. That kind of environment is rare. There is something so special about what she has created. You can't fake that kind of heart. You can't teach that kind of kindness. She makes every session feel meaningful and joyful at the same time. If you are thinking about Harmony and Horses, please know this: you will never regret it. The experience stays with you. Nicole is one of those humans you don't forget. And I am forever grateful for her and what she has done for my son. We love and adore you and the herd :) With Love, M & L
