A majority of the items are geared around College Football and much of their inventory is understandably centered around Big 12 and SEC teams. I was able to find an Univ of Oregon mini toy helmet on the front counter and even a USC cap on the wall. For the most part, an endless supply of LSU Gear in the form of shirts, sweaters, and accessories can be found in all corners of the store. This is a fairly touristy area after all, so the prices aren't cheap. A quick glance of the mini key chain helmets were $8.99 and the sweaters can be in the $30-40 range. Though there isn't much in this mini-mall, there are better stores in NOLA for the devoted sports fan.

About 2 years ago or so they did an upgrade to the shop with clothing taking a more prominant position in the center of the store and sneaker releases making a wall around. Outside of the specialty releases (Nike SB) they pretty much get anything worth getting. If you're into sneakers and would rather deal with a locally owned shop instead of giving your money to the big chain down the street, visit and support them. While the selection tends to stick to what they know is going to sell, they do make risky orders for those of you willing to take a step outside of the normal. The staff is friendly and helpful as always and very willing to help you find what you're looking for.

Strange thing considering my age, but at some point my feel got bigger by a couple sizes. Problem solved. Once we figured out the size issue, we discussed my running/walking and then the real fun began! I tried on 5 or 6 pairs of shoes and was able to find some that feel great. I have a number of miles on them and am very satisfied. They even gave me a free shirt to go with my new shoes. I don't believe it's the staff I honestly believe it's the manufacturers.
