He put together the perfect ensemble and made sure every piece worked together and fit properly. He also kindly educated us on different suit fits and styles--something we admittedly knew very little about--without ever making us feel uncomfortable about it. What I appreciated most was how patient and attentive he was. He never felt pushy about upselling, but he did introduce us to the right accessories that really elevated the entire look. His insight into the psychology of colors and how they can impact an interview was also fascinating and helpful. By the end, my husband walked out with a polished, cohesive outfit that felt perfect for a high-level interview. Steven made what could have been an intimidating process easy and even enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit.

I'm not very experienced in the world of fashion. A suit's a suit, right?…read more Wrong. If you've been buying your finer wear off the rack, you don't know what you're missing. I had my first fitting in my new custom suits from Men's Wearhouse yesterday. It is unbelievable how well these clothes drape my frame. I felt like I was buying my first grown-up suit! Who knew I was going to look this good, huh? Kelly did, he knew exactly what he was doing. Kelly is a store manager for Men's Wearhouse and is at the top of his game when putting together a look. One glance at the man and you know he's got your back. He was busy fixing things I didn't even know were wrong. By the time we got done yesterday, I was drooling over the ensembles he created and left the store more excited than ever to get into some great looking clothes. Guys, do yourselves a favor; get over to Men's Wearhouse and let Kelly and his team create a new suit for you. I highly recommend the pampering. Like the ad says, you're gonna like the way you look...and I really do.

That was going on 3 weeks ago now and still haven't received the refund that should have been given in the middle of March. When I called after you told me too, they put me on hold and came back on and said it was on it would be on its way. This is getting way past ridiculous.Even if it takes a week to print, it doesn't take 2 weeks after to get here. You have the information, my receipt, everything. Now a $109.00 may not mean much to your business, but it means food for our family. Lisa Egan Paul Egan Please try taking care of this yourself and stop passing me around. Your are the 5th person I have spoken to and nobody has taken care of it. Your customer service stinks if this is how everyone is treated. After your last promise to get it taken care of and then the gentleman I spoke to saying it had been, I arranged to have my son's $300.00 graduation present completed, but now since again your company did not do what they said they would for the 4th time, I can't get it for him. I can't believe this is how you do business or how you treat your customers.

The styles are not cutting edge by any means but if you're truly into fashionable attire you're not shopping at Jos A. Bank anyhow. My main issue on the clothing side is lack of options and the fact that tailoring always take 2-3 weeks which seems quite excessive for a retail store focusing on menswear and wanting you to spend hundreds of dollars with them - it's not exactly like most guys plan ahead. That being said, get your deals now because it's only a matter of time until Jos. A. Bank merges with Men's Wearhouse and then nobody's going to find the deals you have today from either one of these national players in the menswear market. Jos. A. Bank also offer tuxedo rentals which I used for my wedding a couple years ago and this is the reason I'm bumping them down from 4 to 3 stars. My tux was sized wrong and that's the last thing you want to be dealing with in the days before your wedding so it was quite a pain in the neck and I still ended up with a vest that was too big even though the coat was swapped out in a day. If you're buying clothes Hampton or any of the other folks will take care of youhas taken good care of me, but for tux rentals I'm pretty sure there are better options that would be a better choice - it really seems to be a secondary thing for Jos. A. Bank and I don't think I would trust them next time for a tux that fits and looks decent.

Our visit to Perlis (Uptown location) on April 10, 2026 left a really bad impression…read more My girlfriend and I, both locals, were shopping on Magazine Street for a dress for a summer wedding. We spotted one in the window that we loved, so we went upstairs to check it out. A clerk asked if we needed anything, and we happily said yes--we were looking for the dress in the window and just wanted to check the sizes and availability. Her response? "There are four dresses in the window," delivered in a pretty snarky tone, like we were clueless. It caught us off guard. We clarified that we meant the one with the floral pattern, and she immediately pointed us toward the sale section instead. At that point, I honestly wish we had just walked out. What made it worse was what happened next. While we kept browsing, two other women came upstairs, and the same clerk greeted them warmly and even offered them water. One said yes, and the clerk happily went to get it. The difference in how we were treated was hard to ignore. I've always liked Perlis and the quality of their clothing, so I'll still shop there--but only at the Covington location. I won't be returning to the Uptown store. Management should really address how customers are treated upstairs. Not everyone who can afford to shop there is going to walk in dressed up--some of us are in shorts, flip-flops, or workout clothes. That shouldn't affect the level of service. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

Then I found out from the shop attendant that the state flower of Louisiana is the Magnolia! What??? My boyfriend's mom was born & raised in NOLA and loved our dog. She has been gone for a year and half, so finding this out strangely makes me feel connected to her and that she is still around. :*) Anyway, the sweet shop guy asked me to tell him the story of how my dog and I found each other. I recounted the tale of how I found her at PAWS Chicago, where she came from originally (Oklahoma), that she had a brother named "Steel", how she saved me from a life of stress, and then our connection to NOLA. I always appreciate when someone can create a warm and fuzzy moment. So thank you, Shop Guy! The collar is high quality all around - material and construction. I have purchased MANY custom collars for my baby girl and this has been the best so far. It's worth the money because I know it will last for a long time. I will be checking out their website for Christmas gift ideas since we won't be back until next year!
