we have used this company before and have always had a good experience with them. The only thing that could be improved is if they mentioned also in the many phone calls we had with them about pricing is you have to pay for gas. We rented the Crownline for my bachelor party on the Saturday and Sunday of Labor Day weekend. I was a little bummed since I assumed we'd have to return the boat each evening until I found out that we'd be able to keep the boat overnight since we had access to a boat dock. That instantly changed my mood about the weekend. When we picked it up on Saturday morning, we kept getting a warning tone coming from the boat. All gauges read normal, so we called and brought it back. Turns out the power steering fluid was low. Jerry and Jay got us patched up and on our way in less than 15 minutes. I didn't feel inconvenienced, but Jay let us return the boat Monday morning since we had to come back in. The great service and "Alright Alright Alright" attitude really set the tone for a great and memorable weekend. read more

Great folks!!! The first day out me and my family had a pontoon rental, but a storm came up and forced us back to the marina, the guys's at Naylor's credited me back for the unused rental time. On the second day I rented a wave runner for me and my 8yr old son, but my son was pretty nervous riding with me on the wave runner and not having any fun. The folks at Naylor's let me swap the wave runner for a pontoon boat and we had a great time. Very nice people read more

Naylor by the Water is a great boat rental on Possum Kingdom lake. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our every need. Boats were great, very clean and ran good.
