The night before our rental I received an email from them saying the jet ski we were scheduled to use had been damaged, and we could reschedule or take a refund. I responded via email and left a voice mail saying I would like the refund. I called the next day, and was able to reach someone to once again confirm I would like the refund, and they said they would process it. 5 days later, still no refund. I called back again, and the gentleman said he would look into it and call me back. He never called back. Now, they do not pick up the phone when I call. I've left voicemails, and they haven't called me back. It's been almost two weeks, and still no refund. I've had it, and called my credit card company directly to get this resolved. Do not do business with these guys. Save your money and save yourselves a headache.

The back ladder only had one step making it very difficult to get back on the boat from the water. 2 hours into our 3 hour reservation, the boat fell apart and got submerged in water so much that other boats filled with kind strangers had to come and help us just to get back to shore. While the other 2 boats from kind strangers that had been kind enough to help us safely got us back to shore, Mike, the owner showed no compassion for the situation they put us in. We will never use this company again and would never recommend them to anyone else in fear of you risking your life.
