He quickly figured out that a breaker had overheated and needed to be replaced. I service my ptac units and my refrigerator myself. Still, I'm the least handy person you could imagine, so I don't like the idea of shocking myself or burning my apartment down.  Even after Mike's pep talk and offer to help me over the phone I decided to pay his premium. When he got here there were other things he needed to do but he did not charge for the extras.  He's a true gentleman and a perfectionist and really knows what he's doing.
