The store's clerk went and got the item for me. Showed the store manager the in app price. She insisted she could not give to me for that price. She called her district manager (she was no help) she didn't even address my issues. So I was informed to order in app and it would be fine. When I went to order in app it said the store had none. When I clearly had 2 pair sitting in front of me on the counter. Called another store to ask another manager (she was no help) . As the manager was speaking to the other store she said I could change the price but I don't want to. That was rude. So yes by this time I'm upset. I let her know that Hibbett Sports is full of it. This company does not care about customer's. Its there way or the highway. I took the highway Need less to say I didn't get the shoes. I called the corporate office and they're no better. This Ross location was pretty busy for a Monday. At first there were only two cashiers, but…read moreeventually two more came out. When I got called to the register, my grandbaby had a candy bar that still needed to be scanned. She was getting fussy, so I gave it to her to help calm her down. I simply asked the cashier if she had a handheld scanner so the candy could be scanned while my grandbaby was holding it. Instead of just answering yes or no, she replied with attitude and said, "The world ain't going to treat her like you do, and she ain't going to die if you take the candy from her." Then after I finally took the candy from my fussy grandbaby, she picked up the handheld scanner attached to the register anyway. The whole interaction was rude and unnecessary. I didn't ask for parenting advice -- I asked a simple question that only required a yes or no answer. Sometimes people need to learn how to stay in their lane. Judge and raise your own children, not mine.

She was having a conversation with another employee near the bicycle section and was using excessive profanity loud enough for customers to hear. The conversation was inappropriate for a workplace setting and reflected poorly on the store. Employees should be mindful that customers are present and conduct personal conversations privately and professionally. It also made me wonder where the supervisors were at the time, as this behavior should have been addressed. I expect a more professional atmosphere when shopping in your store.

I'm here often so I usually don't need assistance but I have had sales associates ask me if I found everything ok that's nice. Everything is always fresh thank goodness and the store is pretty clean.
