The store's clerk went and got the item for me. Showed the store manager the in app price. She insisted she could not give to me for that price. She called her district manager (she was no help) she didn't even address my issues. So I was informed to order in app and it would be fine. When I went to order in app it said the store had none. When I clearly had 2 pair sitting in front of me on the counter. Called another store to ask another manager (she was no help) . As the manager was speaking to the other store she said I could change the price but I don't want to. That was rude. So yes by this time I'm upset. I let her know that Hibbett Sports is full of it. This company does not care about customer's. Its there way or the highway. I took the highway Need less to say I didn't get the shoes. I called the corporate office and they're no better. When I got called to the register, my grandbaby had a candy bar that still needed to be scanned. She was getting fussy, so I gave it to her to help calm her down. I simply asked the cashier if she had a handheld scanner so the candy could be scanned while my grandbaby was holding it. Instead of just answering yes or no, she replied with attitude and said, "The world ain't going to treat her like you do, and she ain't going to die if you take the candy from her." Then after I finally took the candy from my fussy grandbaby, she picked up the handheld scanner attached to the register anyway. The whole interaction was rude and unnecessary. I didn't ask for parenting advice -- I asked a simple question that only required a yes or no answer. Sometimes people need to learn how to stay in their lane. Judge and raise your own children, not mine.

I went to the store today to pick up some food for my pets and one of the associates that works with the manager that was discriminating against me started ducking and hiding in the electronic section of the store at around 6:08am. I had to go home and cry about it because why am I being discriminated at this Walmart if I've never robbed , stole, fought nothing just buy. I cannot wait until a big lawsuit happens for me to join with my video proof because I'm soooo over department stores that take your money but treat you like crap like this Walmart. The discrimination incident was me buying an electronic product returning it the next day because my wi fi was still slow after install. The manager at Walmart and the associates were telling me the serial number on my returned product was wrong and didn't match the receipt. So I told them if they've had me open the box to check before buying then I could better explain however it's on Walmart to check what they are selling not the customer. I told the manager to call the cops for us to investigate who change the item serial number. That lady gave me hell for $80! I did return it back after being stubborn and walking to someone else for help. Some deep investigations need to be done within this Walmart and the persons running it. And I say this because if my product was changed by a Walmart associates I cannot imagine what the associates are back there stealing and doing to then throw it at a customer which is where discrimination comes in. I always had empathy for them being replaced by robots but now I see why. Laziness doesn't help any business.

Cashiers to the left and accessories such as sunglasses are in the front entrance. In the rear of the store are women's and men shoes. Women's clothing in the middle and it's more than enough to choose from all designers. Typical Nordstrom Rack. I didn't check out the men's wear other than glancing over to see the set up which is to the left of the store. Beauty products on the right of the store . I only glanced at the counter didn't shop the products. So I'm not sure what products are there I love their selection of Jeans. I bought a pair w/cute white top. I saw a nice pair of ankle cowboy boots but out of my size. There is also a pick up area in the rear. That's pretty cool. Possibly order online and pick up in store The cost is reasonable although some items are still $150 plus but it's nice quality merchandise. Checkout was a breeze. 10 registers, however, all were not open but I'm sure they are on weekends. I heard over the loud speaker they're now accepting Apple Pay.
