Im very interested in K beauty these days. As we know they are becoming more and more popular for their skincare products. My loyalties still stands with Shisheido. Three generations have been using this in my family and I can honestly tell you that their skincare works! I keep my skincare routines simple. Moisturize, wash, clean, rinse and repeat. I dont wear a lot of makeup because those products actually causes aging more. Eating healthy greens, seaweed, and fruits are the best skincare. What you put in your body also makes a difference in your health and overall skin. I purchased the Beneficiance SPF 23 and Hey recommended the future foaming wash. Both retailed for $150. Here's the thing about Shisheido. They dont forget to provide additional presents when you purchase something over $100 bucks. I got a cute make up bag with lots of other Shisheido products to try that retailed at $106. Hey was awesome. I will be back for more. Oh yeah, they also carry Lafufus for $15 in case you wanted one but dont want to pay $80 for it. You're welcome! read more

My best friend and I were in Duluth for a self-care day at Jeju Spa and we decided to continue it with some skincare shopping. The store wasn't too far from where we were and was clean with a variety of products to browse and choose from. After looking around for a bit, Sam greeted us and asked if we needed any help. A nice cosmetics store that sells the Shiseido brand. I spoke with the owner and he said he would get a product for me and bring it to the Johns Creek location. I went to the store to purchase the product he told me he would have available and the owner had not kept his word and did not bring the product to this location. The female associate was rude and said she could not contact the owner and he was not available. She was not concerned or cared that they did not have the product I was promised, and that I had made a wasted trip. She was not customer service oriented. On another occasion, I had purchased a Shiseido foundation compact months prior. I realized that I purchased/had been given the wrong color, so I returned to the store with the unopened/re-saleable product for an exchange. I had spoken with an associate Emily and she said to bring it back and she would help me. I had also contacted Visa to get a copy of my statement to show my purchase since I no longer had the receipt. I return with the unopened product and a clerk named Ester was working. She was very rude and difficult to deal with about the exchange. It was an unpleasant experience. I would recommend to visit a major department store like Macy's for cosmetic purchases so if you need to make an exchange or return, you will be treated with respect and valued as a customer in the U.S.A. I was not treated with respect or kindness so this store does not value repeat business. read more

I really enjoyed shopping here this past Sunday. The lay out of the store was nice, clean, neat, and easy to navigate. They had several sales going on, and the presentation of what was on sale and pricing was easy to see. This kind of store I usually visit when I am out of town. The sales clerk who helped us that day was super charismatic he was very knowledgeable about the products he sold.
