By the time she was done they were very thin and I made a remark that it was super thin and she said yes it looks better on you which made me very upset because I specifically asked her not to do that. It's not for her to decide unless I asked her to do what she felt was best. I even had a photo to go off of and told her to just clean the single hairs. I will not be back at this spot. They charge $17 just for eyebrow threading and she was very pushy to get other work done such as hair on my face or my upper chin, etc..

However, on Monday I was helped by another employee with blonde highlights and lip filler (Zara) , and unfortunately she completely messed up my eyebrows. When I pointed it out, instead of trying to fix the issue, she became defensive and argued with me, even asking me to show her old pictures of myself to "prove her wrong." I paid $20 for uneven eyebrows and left very disappointed. One end is noticeably longer than the other, and there was still a lot of hair left behind. The technician decided to use the electric file on my nails and left me in tears. She said my nails were damaged from a previous technician but NO that is not true, and why would she use the electric file? She should have informed me instead of being so focused on money.
